Durante as atividades, você experimentará 6 bebidas de café diferentes (desde o puro café preto até as mais icônicas com ingredientes) e as histórias/origens por trás delas. Sempre há motivos, situações de fundo ligadas a cada bebida. Você entenderá mais sobre a história do Vietnã através da degustação de café, bem como os reflexos das características das pessoas de diferentes partes do país nas bebidas. O café não é apenas uma bebida, mas como é muito mais importante para nós. Preparando o café você mesmo. Você aprenderá como usar o "Phin" (tradicional gotejador de café vietnamita), juntamente com os métodos para fazer as bebidas de café icônicas do sul e do norte do Vietnã (o "Ca phe sua" - café com leite condensado e "Ca phe trung " - café com ovo). Você estará pronto para prepará-los facilmente em casa com minhas saborosas receitas/dicas, um experiente treinador de controle de qualidade / barista. Resumindo, um quadro completo de tudo o que você precisa saber sobre o café vietnamita.

During the class , I tried 6 different coffee drinks (from pure black coffee to the most iconic ones with ingredients) and the stories / origins behind them. There’re always reasons, background situations connected to each of the drink. I was made to understand more about Vietnam history through the coffee tasting, as well as the people characteristics from different parts of the country reflexes on the drinks. Coffee is not just a drink here in Vietnam. I got to know How to use “Phin” (traditional Vietnamese coffee dripper), together with the methods to make the iconic coffee drinks from different parts of Vietnam. Our host was gracious, brimming with knowledge and made me appreciate the Vietnamese coffee culture so much more.
If you want to have an amazing experience knowing the coffee journey you HAVE to do it with Quynh. My friends and I had the best moment of our trip here. He explains everything with so much pasion and details. His workshop is sooooo cool and we prepared and tried the best coffees! Couldn't be happier with this experiencia. Highly recommend it!!!

We had a great experience & would highly recommend to anyone who is a coffee lover and would like to know the back story and history of coffee and Vietnam culture. Quynh is a wealth of knowledge and he's coffee experience is a must do if you enjoy Vietnamese coffee and can even teach you how to create coffee from your own home
Quynh was incredibly knowledgeable and enthusiastic about all things coffee. He explained the history, production, and the future of coffee globally as well as from a Vietnamese perspective. The coffees we made were delicious and I can't wait to impress my friends with what I learned.
