Our guide was very good and did a nice job of pointing out the landmarks. The carriage ride, however, was very bumpy especially with tram tracks and cobblestones. Honestly, I booked this more for the novelty and would have preferred a more open air vehicle or horse drawn carriage, as it was difficult to take photos from inside the carriage. A fun experience for one time but I would probably not want to do it again.
I’m sure our tour could’ve been a lot better. Our guide had limited English and so was not able to impart any historical information about where we went. This was a shame as interaction was so limited. It was so obviously a way to boost income for our driver (not guide)
Huge fun. Felt very royal as people photographed us as we enjoyed our tour. Ali was a delight. Great way to get a grasp of the fabulous City on our first morning.

Definitely a different experience. Everyone was taking our photos. The carriage is very comfortable. We were 4 adults and 2 kids. The driver was accommodating and allowed us to add our kids for an extra charge even though the reservation is for 4.
This was a great way to see Vienna on Christmas Day ! Ali was amazing! Many people were in awe as we passed by in the beautiful imperial carriage. A must do in Vienna!
Very hard to understand the driver. Could not hear the driver very well and had a hard time understanding him.
What a fun and unique experience! Something you don’t see a lot of. You can tell because everyone on the street takes your picture. Truly felt like a royal. Payton our driver was very very nice and knowledgeable.
So much fun! Our carriage driver arrived promptly, and had the carriage in order with a bottle of champagne and a water for each of us. We started off, on what my wife called, our royal tour of Vienna. The hour long tour hit all of the highlights along the Ringstrasse Grand Boulevard of Vienna. He was very knowledgeable and provided a great tour of the area. The highlight was the interaction we had with the people along the route. Be prepared for having lots of photos and videos of you along the way. Waving to, and interacting with, those along the route made for great fun and laughs! Highly Recommend!
Just beautiful!! Driver was kind and informative and we not only had an amazing ride, we learned a lot too. Also, very romantic.
