I manage to get their transfer service from the airport to the hotel that I'd booked. It was a bit complicated at the beginning since no one was waiting for me at the airport terminal during arrival. However, if you talk to the other operator agent who are waiting for their client, a phone call to your agent by them is good enough for them to serve you well.
