Eu faço cartões com meus desenhos e passeios de orçamento para as principais atrações e gemas escondidas da Transnístria. Transferência de Chishinau ou começar em Tiraspol. Honestamente, eu não posso fazer as Maldivas do meu país, porque não são as Maldivas. Mas posso fazer uma viagem inesquecível através de todos os contrastes do que realmente é - belos panoramas e impressionantes lugares perdidos soviéticos, história curiosa e hoje a vida no país que não existe, combinando caminhada clássica com passeios para verdadeiros exploradores e aventureiros. Tour de um dia leva 5 + horas. Não é o stalinismo, somos muito voláteis para onde ir e o que fazer, mas a rota padrão cobre peças imperdíveis da era soviética e modernas de Tiraspol, Bendery e opcionalmente Kitskany, e meus cantos e crannies favoritos que descobri fazendo meus esboços. A viagem não será exaustiva, nem aborrecida, teremos tempo para falar sobre todas as peculiaridades do passado e do presente da Transnístria, você não vai encontrar um Guia, você vai encontrar um amigo -Anton Dendemarchenko.

Esta é uma jornada de um dia com uma rota volátil que combina caminhadas clássicas e incursões para verdadeiros aventureiros. Sem se mover entre monumentos com palestras chatas. - "Olhe para a esquerda, há um edifício, olhe para a direita, há um monumento"…. Minha ideologia é mostrar o país real e as joias escondidas que os viajantes não encontrariam sozinhos. É por isso que a maioria dos lugares onde podemos realmente ir não estão listados aqui. Não posso revelá-los sem correr o risco de que a indústria do turismo os leve e os estrague. De qualquer forma, o primeiro passo - definitivamente passaremos no DOM SOVIETOV para dizer olá ao camarada Lenin, o que pode ser um começo melhor?

Há rumores de que Pridnestrovie está “de volta à URSS”, mas na verdade é mais complicado do que isso, você precisa estar no momento certo, no lugar certo e enquadrar seu visual para ter essa impressão. Você pode gostar ou não, mas é uma chance de experimentar algo autêntico, a receita é a mesma dos tempos comunistas. Meu lugar de almoço favorito é a cantina soviética - Stolovka URSS. Lugar super saboroso, super atmosférico e autêntico com interior agradável - parada perfeita para lancheira
A destilaria de cognac é opcional e só pode ser organizada mediante acordo alguns dias antes do passeio. Mas muitos países têm vinícolas, mosteiros, castelos. Por outro lado, descobri muitos cantos curiosos e crannies fazendo meus desenhos, eles não estão listados no trip advisor, mas farão o dia inesquecível e o tour único. Teremos tempo para falar sobre todas as peculiaridades da vida no país que não existe, esta é a minha terra natal e eu vivi em Pridnestrovie desde a fundação do estado. Uma das opções para almoçar é a cantina soviética reencarnada, o lugar é incrível e ainda muito subestimado. Bem, talvez seja ainda melhor que não seja descoberto e sobrecarregado pelos turistas
Bendery - segunda maior cidade de nohereland tem pontos turísticos soviéticos e medievais, a pedido podemos visitar a antiga fortaleza turca na margem do rio Dniester. Adorei quando foi abandonado, mas agora ainda tem uma característica positiva - a vista da torre principal, um desafio para escalar, mas banquete para os olhos. Cada passeio é personalizado para que possamos explorar as jóias soviéticas de Bendery em vez disso, é a minha cidade natal e esconde muitos lugares que você não encontraria sozinho - onde o tempo parou.

O ponto de partida do passeio pode ser a estação rodoviária / ferroviária em Tiraspol, a estação rodoviária em Bendery, a transferência de Chishinau e a escolha do aeroporto também é uma opção. Anton and his driver, Dima, are true superstars. I reached out very, very last minute to see if there was any availability and I was more than accommodated. This was my last place in the former USSR to explore and Anton made it personal for me. I’m no stranger to this part of the world and had complex questions and a more rigorous set of desires than the average visitor; he took this on with stride and asked thought-provoking questions and had a healthy perspective about complex issues. I 100% recommend this tour to anyone looking for a true local experience in Pridnestrovie.
My day with Anton was amazing! I felt like I got to see what life is Pridnestrova is like from a local. It also felt nice to be able support the people that actually live there rather than a tour company from outside the country. Anton is such a talented story teller and he puts his heart into his tours. He makes sure to customize them to what you would like to see! It was just me and one friend and he drove us around in his car. It was nice being in an everyday vehicle rather than a clunky tourist bus! We stayed with him for the day! Anton is an intellectual with a strong knowledge of history. However, I was not satisfied with the experience, as he often slept in the car and took frequent breaks. For €100, we could have visited many more places and seen more mosaics. Instead, he was tired and preferred to park the car and rest, while we continued exploring on foot.
After a month after our day together, Zlatena is it really you?! I can’t believe you wrote this, this is heartbreaking… Do you remember that we didn’t drive 5 hours default? No, our route was 8,5 hours! We finished at 7:30pm. It was hyper extended tour - to have a chance for me to recover after work and for you to do more sightseeing. Everything we saw, everything we talked about - nothing left? You was nice, charming, understanding, how come all that’s left from the whole day is that I slept in the car? You are disappointed after all - I can’t keep your money then, please send your PayPal and I will send everything back. This is heartbreaking, I don’t even have your phone number to connect and you said nothing tette-a-tette when we said goodbye. If you want an authentic, deeply moving experience that goes far beyond the standard tourist path, look no further. Weeks after our meeting, the memories of what Anton shared with us are still incredibly vivid. Our chats and strolls with Anton at his place gave us a true glimpse into what it actually means to live in a place that lacks international political recognition.
Today was one of the most unforgettable days of my trip and I owe that entirely to Anton! We visited Bender and Tiraspol together, the heart of Pridnestrovie, one of the least known and most fascinating places in this part of the world. Anton was not simply a tour guide in the conventional sense, he was a host, a storyteller, and someone who genuinely shares a piece of himself with the people he takes along. What made the day so special was not the ticking off of sights, but the way Anton led us through his life, his perspective, and his home. It felt far less like an organised tour and much more like a long walk through the eyes of someone who does not just know this place, but truly understands and loves it. Anton spared no effort: he showed us everything worth seeing and explained the historical and political context. Pridnestrovie is definitely a place that stays with you. Travelling there alone, I would no doubt have had an interesting day, but with Anton the experience gained a depth I could never have found by myself. He offered me a shift in perspective that you rarely get to hope for when travelling. If you have even the slightest interest in this region, in history, in unresolved borders, in people living their everyday lives inside a political grey zone, I cannot recommend a day with Anton highly enough!
Anton provided us with an unforgettable experience in Transnistria (a Pridnestrovia -he will explain the difference of the name, it is not only a synonim). He truly immersed us in the local culture by introducing us to the people and giving us an authentic taste of life in the region. One of the highlights was crossing the river on a manual ferry, just like the locals do. He also took us to see the train that connects Odessa to Chișinău, which added a unique touch to our journey. Additionally, he organized our pick-up from Chișinău and ensured we were safely returned the next day. Anton's passion and knowledge made our visit truly special, and we are grateful for the memories we created together.
As a tour guide myself, I can confidently say that Anton offers a truly unique experience. Don’t expect dates, facts, or the usual “look on your right, look on your left” tour. Do your homework beforehand. Instead, Anton helps you understand the contradictions of an unrecognised country, Pridnestrovie, in his own way. He asks questions, challenges assumptions, and encourages you to see things beyond your Western perspective. If you're willing to step outside your comfort zone, take this tour.
It was not the Beatles but Anton who brought me back nearly 40 years in his Pridnestrovie , a country unrecognized by any UN member. His stories were full of love to his nation and questions to its future. Listen to him and see the place by yourself and you"ll have a new vision about something out of nostalgia! Experiencing Pridnestrovie has been one of the highlights of my recent trip, it was a unique place full of its own peculiarities and contradictions, it felt as if parts of the place where still living in the 80s-90s with all the soviet aesthetic intact and on the other hand there were areas that felt as any other modern city, with its shops, cafes and restaurants. Anton made the tour a great one, making sure we get to experience the real Pridnestrovie by taking us to some hidden gems and making sure we get the chance to interact with the locals and get to see their perspectives as well as expectations and hopes for the future!
Anton was an incredible guide, and his tour is certainly different than other tours I’ve been on, more thought provoking. Pridnistrovie is a fascinating region, and I believe it is vital to travel there with someone from there, that currently lives there.
