Na maioria das vezes as viagens são feitas em carros ecológicos - com motor a GNC ou electromóveis, para que possamos combater a poluição atmosférica.

Itinerário
As rochas de Belogradchik formam uma faixa de 3 km de largura e 30 km de comprimento, e as formações rochosas atingem cerca de 200 metros de altura. Eles foram formados no fundo de um mar como o produto de compressão de cerca de 230 milhões de anos atrás e, em seguida, a erosão ao longo dos últimos 45 milhões de anos. As rochas, feitas em grande parte de calcário, também abrigam centenas de cavernas. Cada um vem com uma história. Cada formação rochosa tem um nome: Adão e Eva, o colegial, o urso, o pastor, o dervixe, o primeiro slabstone, o camelo, os cogumelos, o cuco, o muro vermelho, a Madonna, o cavaleiro, os monges, A pedra mental, Rebel Velko, a pedra de pinheiro e assim por diante.
A fortaleza próxima às rochas foi construída na Idade Média com o objetivo de controlar a estrada que vai de Sofia até o Danúbio. Você terá a chance de explorá-lo com uma visita guiada.

Our driver was watching you tube on his lap whine he was driving us. Crossing over the center line that divides the lanes countless times. The tour otherwise was as described and we had no issues with the itinerary. However the driving was very unsafe.
My husband and I loved Belogradchik. It’s so beautiful out there and we had a great experience with our tour guide Yulian. He had a lot of knowledge of that place and of Bulgaria’s history. He was very friendly and punctual. We recommend taking this tour company and tour guide. :-)

It was a nice experience to be here as surroundings were awesome. After reaching on the top everything was amazing. It’s good to book private tour to visit here from Sofia due to 3-4hrs of drive for one side and by public transport it would be hard to get back on same day. Our tour guide was nice as he also took us some other photography places too. It wasn’t too crowded so we easily covered all the spots.

This was a great day trip. The scenery is spectacular - quite other worldly, as is the fortress. Our guide, Angel, spoke very good English, had a lot of information to share, and was a good driver. He also knew of a hidden overlook that gave us a panoramic view of the geology. The car was comfortable as well. We've been exploring Bulgaria for two weeks and this was probably our favorite destination. You shouldn't miss it!

A very impressive site. There are some steep steps and not all of it is suitable if you don't like heights. Most of it is accessible to people with average fitness/mobility. Well worth a visit to see the stunning rocks and scenery.
