Descrição
Este passeio de um dia inteiro pelos sítios Patrimônio Mundial de Pompeia e Herculano começa com um pick-up em Nápoles e um transporte de ônibus para as ruínas de Pompeia. Haverá um assistente de turismo no ônibus durante esta parte da excursão. Ao chegar em Pompeia, você explorará as ruínas por cerca de 2 horas. Descubra as tradições e a vida diária dos antigos habitantes de Pompeia. Você verá o grande teatro, a necrópole, os banhos termais e algumas das casas incríveis que eram de propriedade dos moradores mais ricos. Desfrute de um almoço leve incluído num restaurante local. Depois do almoço, dirija-se ao Herculaneum, onde terá a oportunidade de explorar as ruínas por conta própria. É possível observar a vida diária da população aqui ainda mais detalhadamente do que em Pompeia, já que a lama e os detritos vulcânicos que cobriram a cidade preservaram as estruturas e artefatos de Herculano.

Na época da erupção dramática, Pompéia contava com cerca de 11.000 habitantes, enquanto Herculano tinha uma população de cerca de 5.000 pessoas. Vários imperadores e aristocratas tinham suas vilas de férias nessas cidades. Um dia, em 79 d.C., vários metros de cinzas enterraram toda a área em questão de poucas horas. Séculos depois, em 1748, sob o governo dos Bourbons, começaram as escavações. A descoberta foi recebida com entusiasmo, pois acrescentou grande riqueza ao reino e inspirou o movimento neoclassicismo na Europa. Hoje em dia, as ruínas de Pompéia estão entre os sítios arqueológicos mais visitados do mundo, enquanto Herculano é renovada por sua Villa dei Papiri contendo uma biblioteca de mais de 1800 papiros. Visita das escavações (aproximadamente 2 horas) e, se o tempo permitir, também de uma fábrica de corais e camafeus para admirar o processo de produção realizado por artesãos especializados

Após almoço em restaurante local. À tarde, você seguirá em direção às ruínas de Herculano.
Após a visita a Herculano, retorno a Nápoles no mesmo local da manhã.

Rafael, the guide in Pompeii, was excellent, very engaging and fun. Ivana, the accompanying guide, was friendly, as was the driver Mahmadou. The problem is that we had to wait 45 minutes after eating to go to Herculaneum, and we lost time. Pompeii is incredible; Herculaneum not so much, especially because it was terribly hot.
We took the tour with Cristian, and everything went perfectly, Pompeii and then Herculaneum. The service and attention were very good; they took us and were waiting for us at each of the sites, the tour included guided visits and food. The guides help a lot to understand part of the incredible history of both sites. And at the end, especially with the heat and when going with children, the bus service is greatly appreciated. Highly recommended.

The pickup both to and from the location by Ivana and Max was perfect. Roberto was our guide in Pompeii, and I have nothing good to say about him. He took us on a brief tour of an unimportant area, and we only visited the House of the Faun and the baths. No other houses, no frescoes, no more mosaics. We told him several times, but he did not pay attention to us. Absolutely disappointing and frustrating. I am truly disappointed and angry. Additionally, the explanation was in Very disappointing.
Only 2 hours of visiting: 1 hour in reality, since the guide Roberto had to give explanations in 2 languages: English and Spanish, which reduced the effective visiting time by half. To make matters worse, he did not take us to visit any of the iconic sites of Pompeii: no mosaics, no murals. Very, very disappointing. Very, very disappointing. 2 hours for lunch (?) and 1.5 hours of visiting Herculaneum. Ivana and Maximo, OK.

A well-structured tour, first to Pompeii where we joined a larger group with an English speaking guide. Fascinating and informative descriptions of life in 79 AD. Then a three course lunch. We proceeded to Herculaneum where we used audio guides to explore this wonderful site. An excellent tour!

Super recommended experience. We took the full tour of Pompeii and Herculaneum, and it was very good. Both the guide of Pompeii and Ivanna and Francesco, who were in charge of the tour and took us to the sites, were wonderful.

An excellent day tour of Pompeii and Herculaneum. Guide Cristian and driver Mundabo took great care of us. In the morning we joined a larger group tour with an official guide who was very informative. After a 3 course lunch we visited Herculaneum where we did a self-directed tour with audio guide. Fabulous day - we saw and learnt so much!
