From being notified about my pickup point the day before, to the final drop-off, this was an expertly organised tour. Maria, my guide, was outstanding and very knowledgeable. On a very hot day she found the shade, pointed out the highlights and guided us through the experience of a lifetime. To walk the streets that Romans walked, to touch the marble and stone they touched, to see the wall paintings and street signs … it was unforgettable.

Our guide was Maria and she was excellent! Extensive historical knowledge and very helpful. It was a very hot day and she did her best to guide us to shade. Loved the tour!! Thank you!!

Very good experience, everything was well organized, the transportation to and from the pickup point was excellent, and the guide's explanation was excellent as well. 100% recommended!!!

We booked the day before and still managed to secure a bus pickup from our hotel (they pick up from a limited list of Napoli hotels). Upon arrival to Pompeii we were sorted into groups by requested language. This part was (dis)organized chaos! We had time to wander in a shop and grab gelato, as our guide arrived late. She apologized (and threw her company under the bus for the error lol). Guide was knowledgeable and informative without overwhelming us with info. Spoke clearly and slowly and catered to her audience (including cracking several jokes) which included folks from multiple countries. She managed the group well, very professional. Back at the entrance, another chaotic scene unfolded while sorting us again into groups based on destination (Napoli, Sorrento, Mt. Vesuvius). But it’s southern Italy so you just go with it. Weather was good, 80f in early June with clear skies. Bring water, wear a hat and sunblock if you are a pale sort like I am. Overall would recommend Pompeii (as if) and would do this tour again.

Guide makes all the difference! It’s much larger than most people imagine and you need an expert to explain what you are seeing. Flawless coordination. Picked up on time and coordinated with guide and returned to hotel on time., Well worth the money!

Good overall. Be a little patient because the van goes to pick up folks from the hotels and traffic is bad. Pompeii is amazing and interesting.

Wonderful experience and company!! We were a group of 7 and they picked up and dropped us off at our hotel in Napoli. Made it pleasant and stress free. Katia was an excellent guide! She kept us all interested and engaged!! Highly recommend her tour to f Pompei!

you need to clean the bus in between trips and should start the trip timely. we were at the meeting point timely but had to wait about 30 minutes until we got on the bus. Pompeii is worth the trip but being better organized is helpful. after the tour we had to again wait before proceeding back to ship

The transfers were very disorganized, lacking clarity, especially on the return. There was a lack of opportunity to explore more of the interior of the park, especially the museum, given the very limited time, where it is worth noting that the guide during the tour was one of the highlights of our journey.

The tour was very interesting. Our guide, Alex, spent two hours with us exploring Pompeii: with great professionalism and expertise, and especially with great friendliness, he shared the history of what was this enchanting city, even with anecdotes. The children were also very enthusiastic about the explanation. In conclusion, everything was excellent, especially our guide!
