Misleading and disappointing.

I have NEVER left a bad review for any of the many tours we have booked through Viator but this one was really terrible. Our guide, Asmae, loaded us into a very comfortable van, then we drove around for 20 minutes, all over the city. She didn’t introduce herself or tell us what was going on. Finally we pulled over and she told us we had to get in a different, very broken down van. The windows had no tinting and it was miserably hot. One of the seatbelts was broken and the drive was extremely treacherous. The driver would only use the AC when we asked and would continually shut it off to save gas while we melted in the back. The guide did not share any information about the places we visited unless we asked specific questions. Her answers were a few words at best. The camel ride was a JOKE! We rode in a circle like we were at a petting zoo, lasted about 10 minutes. The waterfall hike was insanely crowded and we were harassed the entire time to buy items from sellers. The village with the waterfall was the actual village of our guide, and she spent 90% of the time chatting with her friends and family and completely ignoring us. She was hiking so far ahead of us that we constantly lost track of her. The way that this tourist described is very misleading and a complete exaggeration. The only part that was even remotely enjoyable was the visit to the women’s co-op for breakfast. Other than that it is the worst tour we have ever been on, and we have been on A LOT. So disappointed. Avoid this tour.

Atlas mountains

It's a convenient way to see the atlas mountains. Great guide and an overall overall fun day. Wear good shoes.

Although the day was...

Although the day was pleasant enough the highlight for us was to be experiencing the Agafay Desert which wasn't mentioned nevermind visited.

See a waterfall! Ride a camel!

We had the best time hiking and riding camels! Mustafa gave us an experience we will never forget. Be sure to bring sneakers or trail shoes for the hike. This is not a walk on paved sidewalks! There is a lot of crossing streams, jumping rocks and, well, really hiking!

Family Morocco vacation

A wonderful experience seeing the beautiful Atlas Mountains and the traditional Berber Villages with some majestic views. Moderate hiking with an incline and flat terrain for an hour so must not have walking disability. Beautiful waterfall at the end of hike. Delicious traditional Berber breakfast with mint tea and amazing Tagine meal for lunch. Worth the hike and beautiful scenery

Good option to see the sights, but communication mediocre

This tour was a great way to see some highlights outside of the city of Marrakesh, conveniently and in a day. All activities were worthwhile. Worth noting we were warned we had a "15 minute uphill walk" at the end of the hike which put people off - truly it was a flight of steps and nothing to be concerned about. Our experience was let down by poor communication. We contacted using the whatsapp number listed on viator at 9am the day before our tour to confirm pick up location, and disappointingly didn't get contacted until after 10pm.

Awesome trip

Out day started on time with easy details of pick up. Our driver Ahmed and guide Mohammad were absolutely brilliant and made the day trip an awesome experience (5 star +) it was outstanding value for money and a truly memorable experience! We wouldn’t hesitate to book them again as nothing was too much trouble! Absolutely excellent! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Had a fantastic time on this tour. Would recommend it to anyone. The hike was fairly vertical so those with health challenges may want to skip the hike.
