Our guide, Marimar, is thoroughly knowledgeable of the history and restoration of this UNESCO site. She is fully fluent in English and enthusiastic about the site.
We arrived at the pickup point 15 minutes before designated time. We waited for 40 minutes after pickup time. No driver showed up and no communication from anyone. I won't use Aviator in the future unless they can make this right
Hello! We’re very sorry to read about your experience, as this does not reflect what happened from our side. Our guide was at the designated pickup point on time and remained there for the scheduled waiting period. We did not receive any calls or messages during that time, and unfortunately, we were unable to locate you at the meeting point. We always recommend contacting us immediately if there is any difficulty finding the guide, as we are available to assist right away. We truly regret that the connection did not happen and understand how frustrating that must have felt. Please feel free to contact us directly so we can review the details together. Kind regards, Travel to San Miguel
Guide was on time, friendly, very knowledgeable- a local. Would not have done this excursion without a guide. We asked many questions about the history of Mexico and this area- she answered all. This chapel is very unique and the traditions around it sound amazing.

Maria was so courteous. She bought me lunch and both picked me up and dropped me off at my accommodations. She’s extremely well-informed about the town and the church’s history. A must for history buffs and those who love to study art history and architecture.
