I booked a 6-seater luxury SUV for my wedding. A 4 seater SUV was provided. This left ceremony supplies and a bridesmaid stranded at the side of the road. We ultimately needed to call an uber, and the ceremony was 40 minutes late to start. Quest limos did not provide a refund or offer any assistance. Please learn from my mistakes and use another company! I was deeply disappointed by their lack of integrity.
Had booked weeks in advance directly through website and prepaid. Confirmed multiple times and received texts at 1 AM confirming pickup. No one showed up, one one called. They were aware I was travelling with two young children. I absolutely do not recommend this, it’s a scam. Had my husband not been home to drive us, we’d have missed our flights and lost thousands.
