Excellent guide (Alfia) and good courses overall. Not so crowded and all snorkeling spots have lots of fish and sand bank at Pulau Pasir was also very picturesque. Without my asking, it was kind enough to stop by big shopping mall which can't be related to tourist company. Highly recommend this tour if you are to travel to Lombok.

My first trip to Lombok with Bale Laut. I chose 1 day trip to Pink Beach Lombok package and another 1 day trip to Gili Trawangan via Lombok. The service is excellent: everything is on time, safe snorkeling experience (yes I am a first timer lol), responsible PIC, and good documentation ✨🥺 If you used gopro as the underwater documentary in the snorkeling package, the result will be sent in a same day, which is convenient

A wonderful day, very well organized. The pickup was very convenient, and everything went smoothly. I was able to spend as much time as I wanted at the different stops, all of which were beautiful and far from the tourist crowds. The whole team was lovely, from the driver, Mr. Ilham, to Habibi and the team, and of course my guide, Nining, who was perfect! I highly recommend it.

Trip was so fun and organized we booked them twice back to back. We did the pink beach and the central waterfall tours with Bale Laut. Nining was our guide and she was the best!! Very good English, took a lot of photos of my wife and I, and made the trip very memorable for us! Also our driver ilham drove us safely to all destinations. We had a private tour for both days and they were able to take us to extra spots like tanjung aan beach to surf and merese hills for sunset!

Tour company was delayed by an hour as they placed the incorrect pickup information to driver. I would have preferred to be in a group of other individuals instead of solo female. Snorkeling was good. Tour guide provided some good information. What I didn't like is that I emphasized I didn't want lunch though it was included. Kept stating I preferred to fast. I was ignored, so then I have to eat the lunch. Problem is I have an autoimmune disease that was triggered. Also, I did not like they took photos on their own devices without my authorization. Then somehow was taken to the village for weaving & had to buy something....once again female solo traveler. I expressed I was in pain.... then was asked to provide a 5 star review. I do not suggest taking this excursion as a solo traveler. I would really give this 3 star because of the lack of sensitivity.

Our entire trip with our tour guide, Junaidi was enjoyable and funny. He kept us busy and entertained us throughout the trip. In one beach he even became our professional photographer. He was very accommodative and supportive even during our snorkelling and was with me all the time as we are beginners in swimming. But one point not to be missed out which we felt worth mentioning is the lunch served at the shack and their hygiene. The wooden table was really dirty and shabby and lot of flies were there. Cats and dogs were roaming around us and even the cats were climbing up the table. Even the plates and dishes which we were served food , were very dirty and unhygienic. Also the food quality was average and beer was served at 8$ to 9$ ,which is not worth in this kind of place. Looked like a monopoly business which these tour companies should avoid with such dirty shacks. Also advise not to swim in the pink beach , though you can enjoy there walking around.

It was raining so I decided for tour around Lombok instead. Driver was excellent in where to go and what to see. I am so glad it rained even though it turned out differently. Had a A+ experience with Mustafa. Ask for him. It was great!!!!!

Absolutely outstanding experience! The team was incredibly professional and accommodating. I had made a mistake with my booking dates, but they kindly rescheduled and even customized the tour just for me — at no extra cost. I ended up with a private tour including both boat and car, which was a wonderful surprise. We visited unique desert islands and pearl farms that weren’t originally part of the itinerary, and even got to explore a secluded beach that most tourists never see. It felt truly special and off the beaten path. A quick note about the pink sand itself: it’s not a bright pink, but rather a beautiful mix of white sand and crushed red coral. When the sun is low, especially during sunrise or sunset, the beach takes on a soft pinkish hue that’s magical. Recommended for anyone looking for a personalized and memorable adventure in Lombok!
