Viagem de 3 dias de Marrakech a Chefchaouen via Imperial Cities

We had an unforgettable time as a family with Oussama Taltit, our driver who greeted us with warmth and great service. Oussama always made us feel very safe and he drive very carefully. He is very funny, responsible, caring, proactive and we can see that he is passionate and energetic, which we really appreciate it ! We had a very good time and highly recommend his service! As for the accommodations, they are all very clean, cosy and match our expectations. The hosts in the riads are all very friendly and hospitable. The food in the riads were amazing and we had the best couscous and tagine there. Even though the trip was long, we felt that it was very do-able and the itinerary is 100% worth it! We whole heartedly recommend it 🥰 Great value for money!

Finding the words is difficult; this experience must be lived to get lost in the wonder of every place visited. Being accompanied by Imad made everything even more beautiful. Imad is a very sweet, attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable guy. We couldn't have wished for a better person to accompany us on this tour. The tour is stunning, the places visited are unique in their own right, the Riads where we stayed are very beautiful and well-kept, and the breakfast and dinner are delightful. Truly, thank you, Imad, for this wonderful experience you made us live; without you, the tour would not have been the same!

This trip is perfect for the traveler who would like to see the imperiaal cities but have limited time in Morocco. You are able to see all of the highlights with brevity. You are still able to get the feel of the land and countryside. Our driver Imad Jamzaoui was amazing! We had a smooth ride and made great time to each of our locations. He was able to answer our questions and arranged great restaurants. Also, he offered us wifi in the van the entire time which was a game changer and made the 8hr drive back from Chefchaouen go by fast. The riads in Fes and Chefchaouen were clean with good food. However, the riad in Fes required some attention because it was very dated. Overall it was an enjoyable trip and I would recommend to others. Pro tip: Pack light because travel to riads will be up many stairs and over cobblestone.

I am sorry, but I had booked the imperial cities tour and paid for this complete tour. When we left with four people, I realized that it was not the booked tour, and they skipped half of the route and important stops without notice, and the guide knew nothing about it. I had specifically requested an Italian-speaking guide, and nothing was provided. Everything was done with a translator and with the help of people on board.. a scam.. After several reminders to the guide, they sent me an email in the afternoon saying they had modified the tour for various reasons.. to this day, many excuses and nothing else..

The experience was fantastic. We especially want to thank Hamza for his hospitality and kindness, always ready to help and show us his country. He really helped us throughout the tour. A memorable experience. Thank you.

Oussama and Yassine were our guides, the communication for pickup was very thorough. Oussama was great in ensuring everyone in our groups needs were met, and made stops as requested. Yassine was our driver and was great navigating the roads. We made frequent stops but not so many that made delays. The location stops were very informative and did not feel rushed. Both Oussama and Yassine did great with taking group and individual photos. Riad accommodations were lovely and restaurant choices were very good. Would definitely recommend this trip for group or solo travelers!

It’s a nice trip in theory. Poor execution. Unfortunately the tour company Click Excursions added a new employee to the trip. We altered the itinerary to accommodate her pickup in Casablanca. Tariq, our driver, was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and really seemed to want to show us a good time. However, I think he was put in a bad situation. He was trying to cater to his paying customers while also trying to accommodate this other person who appeared to be in some position superior to him. She was extremely rude to the other couple on the trip. It made it very uncomfortable. She came across as very entitled. If these are the people this tour company employs then they have a fundamental problem with their business. My guess is she will not last long in the service industry or the company will not last long hiring people like her. It really soured the trip. I felt very bad for the other couple. They should not have been treated that way. The altering of the itinerary prevented us from seeing much of Rabat and by the end of the trip it just needed to come to an end. I got the sense Tariq was unhappy with how things played out but he remained as professional as he could given the circumstances.

The tour was great all places were visited were very beautiful. I would like to return again. I recommend. Taking the tour.

I was extremely disappointed with this tour. I booked it specifically to allow a few hours to visit with a friend in Chefchaouen. But instead of arriving in the afternoon as advertised, we arrived in the evening and instead of leaving to return at 1 pm we left at 10:30 am (I had arranged for tea with my friend at 11am). There was not a guided tour of Chefchaouen as stated. In Fes, the guide left me alone in a restaurant for three hours without checking back in because my knee was hurting. I had read that Morrocans like sugar so I offered him a small bag of sugar cubes as a gift, but he instead responded by telling me he preferred honey. The guide for the entire trip only gave minimal information about background and history of the areas and often ignored questions. He was a little more communicative the third day. However he told the group that we wouldn't arrive back until midnight if we stayed and had lunch in Chefchaouen so people were encouraged to leave early. The driver was good. Trip advisor and possibly Viator provided a whole lot of misinformation and I feel like I was ripped off. I am not clear about which company is responsible since I received info from both. I would hope that whichever company will make this right either with a partial refund (since the first Riad was very nice, the second not so much) and/or providing the actual trip that was advertised and paid for. Please respond and let me know how you plan to remedy this disappointing trip. My other trips with this company were delightful but I have lost my trust after this. I am including copies of the itinerary that was paid for but not provided specifically for Chefchaouen. I really hope you make this right. Please respond with your solution that can remedy this. Thank you. By the way -The day trip I took to Essaouria was wonderful so I expected better.
