Arranged boat trip in afternoon added nothing to the day. Prepaid tickets to St Marks would be preferable. Tickets on the day were impossible. Disappointing.

It was basically a bus ride to Venice. A little bit of talk about 10 mins in total about Venice. No Air con on the bus made it very warm and people unable to sit by their partners on the bus which was disappointing as it was first come first served so if your last on the pick up list something to be aware of. Venice was ok, very very busy but worth a day trip.

The tour will not wait if you are late by 5 minutes and communication is limited with the tour guide. Huge regret.

Pick-up for us directly in front of the hotel - punctual, top! The tour guide gave useful tips and information about Venice in various languages during the trip. Everything with a pleasant ease - very agreeable. However, they charge a significant premium for the offers on the bus for gondolas and boat trips. Our tip: Book a gondola at one of the many official stations on site. The price is set by the authorities at 90€ per gondola per trip and you then have it privately to yourself. Otherwise, everything went well with the transfer. We cannot say anything about the city tour, as we did not book it.

It gets you in and out of Venice for the day but other than that avoid! On the coach trip up to Venice you get a constant narration on the speaker - mainly in German! Take headphones. You arrive in Venice for ‘the tour’ are handed headsets and instead of being separated by English speakers and German speakers the groups were mixed. The guide spoke German most of the time and didn’t give the same to the English speakers. When we pointed this out she was angry and rude and continued in German. You are marched through Venice at a rapid pace don’t get to sprang any time anywhere or ask any questions at all. You are called at and what was meant to be a longer tour ends much sooner. It’s not worth your time or money. The gondola ride felt very Disney. Inauthentic and short! No engagement - you are processed. You then have free time to do your own thing - but they scare you on the coach with talk of pickpockets and being ripped off in cafes. There is no charm or honesty in this tour. Although Christina was lovely - it’s not what they advertise it to be! Especially if you are an English speaker.

I am disappointed by the full-day tour to Venice. I booked it because of the language of the tour, i.e., a German-speaking tour guide. Unfortunately, the commentary and explanations on board were almost exclusively in English. In German, only the lagoon trip was explained in detail as an advertisement for the actual trip (26€ - the trip was ultimately boring). The 1-hour walking tour with a city guide through Venice was unfortunately not a real walking tour. We walked quickly to the Rialto Bridge without stopping or having time to look around. In the process, only a few brief things were said in German - and that was it. For the gondola ride, 35€ was charged, and the ride led through dark canals where boats were lying everywhere and laundry was hanging out of the windows, so not a gondola ride on the Grand Canal (37€ bookable online). Conclusion: I will gladly visit Venice again, but differently........planned myself and booked the attractions individually.

Travelled from Limone so was an early start and finish, but coach was fine with comfort breaks on route. Venice was lovely. We were disappointed however with the gondola ride, which was an optional extra offered on the coach, payable in cash only, also boat ride around the islands. ( cant comment on this 1 ) If you want to do the gondola trip as a couple & not be grouped with upto 5 people on gondola, arrange the ride yourself when u get there, there's plenty of free time and seemed to be plenty of gondola waiting. Through the guide the price is €35pp for about 20mins, potentially not sitting next to your partner. If you wait until you get there, I think it was €90 for the gondola and out for slightly longer. There were no queues when we visited 7/9/26

Very nice trip to Venice from lake garda ( Peschiera). The guide was really informative and entertaining. The bus trip only took around 2 hrs with break in between. Walking tour when we get there was great. The guide was with us most of the day which was very helpful. Gondola ride was fun. Definitely recommend!!

Everything was well organized. Very friendly tour guide. The schedule worked out perfectly. I can only recommend it.
