Veneza S.Lucia Station para Veneza Hotéis ou vice-versa

They contacted me the day before via WhatsApp with the pickup time and a map to the pickup location. The next day, they were on time and called me upon arrival. Boat was super clean and comfortable! :)

Not willing to accommodate the traveler. Our group requested a private water taxi due to the size of our group and luggage. We asked to be taken to our hotel which had access to canel for drop off and pick up. On arrival we were dropped off a few blocks away and we had to drag our luggage on rough walkway. On our departure asked to be picked up at hotel which did have canel access. Water taxi refused. We then cancelled and the hotel called another who did provide the service we needed. For the kind of service that was provided I did not need a reservation and or pay in advance. There are many water taxi waiting at the St Lucia station to take you to your destination. I have asked for a refund from water taxi and am currently waiting for a response.

Quick and efficient and picked us up directly from the dock at our hotel (we were very centrally located and this was easy to do but not always promised).

Our driver (Francesca, I hope so), was very on time for us, was very attentive and left us on time at Venice airport. Thank you very much, excellent Service.

Driver was over half an hour late to arrive to pick us up at the designated spot that he had texted me about 24 hours earlier and send several messages indicating exactly where we needed to meet him. He was also planning on charging us extra when I inquired about luggage space and wanted to plan ahead since we each had 2 bags a piece for our party of 5. This was not pleasant and the way we hoped a private transfer would occur. The people who took the bus waited less time. A private transfer unplanned was only $100 euros compared to over $200 for this experience. Not worth it!

Just had a problem finding where to meet him when we left the train station other than that he the driver was very helpful in getting an elderly person off the boat

This boat ride was adequate and did what we wanted - ride us to our hotel safely which the young man did.

Very easy and fast.Driver came right on time and reached out to me very easily ahead of the trip with all the directions

Although this was convenient, it took less than 10 minutes to get to our hotel by water taxi and was told it would take about 30. Not honest with us and way overpriced!! We could have done it for much less. $207.07 was a ridiculous price for this!

Excellent service, they were always in communication for the meeting point as in Venice it is a bit difficult to orient
