Este tour privado cobre as mesmas paradas locais amadas, as mesmas histórias por trás do Grande Incêndio de 1886 e as origens da cidade, e a mesma comida que fez deste bairro um dos destinos alimentares mais distintivos do Canadá. Ao longo do caminho, você provará pratos enraizados na história de Gastown: porco assado lentamente esculpido à ordem em ciabatta, um bar de sobremesa que cresceu de um stand de mercado de agricultores para uma instituição da BC, e ovos escoceses clássicos servidos em um pub de 1910. Seu menu varia de acordo com o tempo de sua excursão: os hóspedes da manhã desfrutam do donut frito à mão de Vancouver todos os dias desde 1979, além de brinde vegetariano fermentado em toranja. Os hóspedes da tarde adicionam um taco de frango e chocolate artesanal caseiro. Cada partida inclui o nosso prato secreto, revelado apenas no dia. Primeiro relógio a vapor construído em 1977 por Raymond Saunders, na esquina das ruas Cambie e Water, no bairro de Gastown, em Vancouver, que serve principalmente como obras de arte públicas para atrair turistas.

Mathieu was an amazing foodie and tour guide! This was a great way to see Vancouver and discover some of the neighborhoods. And the food! We had some amazing food that we never would have found on our own. You have to do this tour - you won't regret it!

Ilya was a wonderful guide, both of the food and restaurants and the history of the neighborhoods we visited. He was knowledgeable and friendly; I can't imagine a better guide! The variety of the food was vast and I tasted 2 things I'd never had before, as well as some delicious sushi, made in a different style.

This was our third Secret Food Tour in 3 cities. We have loved them all. In Vancouver our guide was Ilyas who was funny, friendly and knowledgeable. He mad the experience special. We highly recommend this tour for the diversity of food tasted and the different restaurants visited.

This was an excellent tour for not only the food tastings, but also learning about the city. Mathieu was very knowledgeable and had a genuine passion and joy for his city. We plan to visit some of the shops and restaurants on our next visit.

What an experience! We did the private Vancouver food tour with Mathieu, and he was just amazing. He was so knowledgeable, energetic, and passionate about Vancouver history, architecture, and (of course) food. We visited a variety of places and sampled so much: a porchetta sandwich, toffee bar, Scotch egg, CBC taco, sushi, and local chocolate. The tour takes place around the Gastown district, so while there's a bit of walking, it's not overwhelming. Everything is well paced across about 2.5 hours (at least for our private tour option). HIGHLY recommend for anyone wanting to experience a sampler from Vancouver's best eateries!

Ilyas was really good. I would like more historical information to be included. One of the restaurants was closed. Would have been nice to have an alternate instead of just loosing a stop. all in all it was very enjoyable

We had a great time with Landon as he showed us around Vancouver's Gastown. He was very passionate about the area's history and took us to 5 places to sample some excellent food. I loved the Taco's (and the Margarita) and Terry loved Sushi - every stop was well thought out. We recommend Landon and this tour, we have done several around the world and this one did not disappoint
