The reservation process was easy, finding the van/bus when we disembarked from our cruise ship was a bit challenging (better navigation instructions would have been helpful to a first-time traveller to this cruise terminal), the ride was good and our driver was great. My biggest complaint was that the driver was assigned a van that fit all 14 people, but barely fit all of the luggage. It only fit because we had all of our smaller bags on our laps and under our feet. We didn't need to travel far to get to our hotel, so we managed. But it was tight! I would use them again, but stress luggage capacity more.

Tim was fantastic! He picked us up right on time at the cruise terminal and got us directly to our airport terminal quickly and efficiently. We were stressed about making our early flight and getting through customs, but Tim made the whole process easy. He was friendly, fun, and entertaining, and thanks to his efficiency, we arrived with plenty of time to spare. Highly recommend Tim if you want a smooth, stress-free ride!

It’s the only way to go!!! Pickup was right on time and what a relaxing way to travel. No dragging your luggage through the streets of Vancouver. No crazy parking fees (hoping that your vehicle and all its parts will be there when you get back) No fighting traffic. Dropped off right at the cruise ship terminal. We were a party of 12 on the way there and 14 on the way back. The trailer for luggage is a stroke of genius!! We all sat comfortably without baggage on our laps. Both drivers (Jagbir Bakshi to the terminal) and (Kevin Williams back to Langley) were awesome. We particularly enjoyed Kevin’s sense of humour. I will definitely choose Canadian Craft Tours again and highly recommend them for a stress free start to your next vacation. Thanks guys!!!

We had Canadian Craft Charters pick up our family of ten, luggage for seventeen (for those who had flown from Edmonton) , from Tsawwassen, BC to an Alaska cruise departure on August 11th and meet us when we arrived back on August 18th and returned us to Tsawwassen.
