Olá, sou Vivi! Fiz da minha paixão o meu trabalho, sou uma pessoa com muitos interesses diferentes, mas o que mais adoro é receber pessoas, viajar e comer comidas deliciosas. Qual a melhor maneira de explorar as jóias escondidas e a história da cidade do que por seguindo um apaixonado por comida local? Durante este passeio a pé único de 3 horas, exploraremos os principais locais históricos e delícias gastronômicas do centro histórico de Valência - Há muito mais do que apenas paella! - Delicie-se com o bar de tapas mais emblemático da cidade, saboreando um clássico aperitivo espanhol -Prove uma bebida tradicional valenciana feita na hora, raramente encontrada em outros lugares -Visite o fabuloso Mercado Central – um dos maiores da Europa. Experimente e aprenda sobre os ingredientes das autênticas receitas espanholas -Vou te contar tudo sobre o fascinante mundo das tapas espanholas em restaurantes familiares, onde há história, paixão e amor em cada receita!

Itinerário
Começaremos no nosso ponto de encontro, a Catedral de Valência, com uma introdução à cidade velha. Em seguida, passando por ruelas e igrejas icônicas, caminharemos até um café tradicional nas proximidades para saborear uma horchata feita na hora. Você aprenderá como esta bebida valenciana única é feita e como beber como um local combinado com uma deliciosa massa leve e fofa chamada farton.
No caminho para o Mercado Central, exploraremos a parte antiga da cidade com seus edifícios coloridos, belas praças e você sentirá a ótima vibração da área! Faremos nossa segunda parada de comida em uma loja de doces tradicional! Nosso sempre favorito!
Em nossa terceira parada, visitaremos um marco da cidade com quase cem anos; o incrível Mercado Central. Aqui você aprenderá sobre os pratos mais tradicionais de Valência, provará o melhor presunto espanhol (presunto ibérico de bolota), bem como queijo de ovelha espanhol artesanal. Enquanto estivermos no mercado, nos juntaremos aos locais em um pequeno bar de tapas da fazenda à mesa - esteja pronto para se tornar um espanhol!
No caminho para a próxima experiência de dar água na boca, você verá um dos edifícios mais emblemáticos da cidade velha – La Lonja – e algumas outras joias culturais. Em seguida, iremos a um dos melhores bares de tapas tradicionais, que é muito apreciado pelos valencianos. Aberto desde 1946, sempre se especializou em peixe fresco. Enquanto come algumas tapas, você aprende todas as dicas e truques para desfrutar de tapas como um local.
No final de nossa jornada gastronômica, você experimentará deliciosos croquetas espanhóis de dar água na boca (feitos com presunto de bolota) enquanto saboreia o aperitivo espanhol mais autêntico. É o deleite final perfeito para o seu paladar! Quando chegarmos ao nosso ponto de chegada, você admirará a bela Basílica de Valência e se despedirá de seu guia local e novos amigos :)

Vivian was an excellent guide. Very knowledgeable about food, the city's history, and the local culture. Kept us engaged and interested through our multicourse tasting.
Absolutely loved this tour, Vivi is amazing her knowledge of Valencia is excellent, we were a small group of 4 me being solo was lovely to meet other travellers. We visited the old town, Vivi shared the history of Valencia, the food and drink was amazing on our tour she picked the best places and also recommended other places to eat. I will definitely be trying. If you're visiting Valencia this tour is a MUST DO. Thank you Vivi for a fabulous experience of history food and drink x
Vivi was an absolutely brilliant guide - she was extremely knowledgeable and happy to talk us through through the variety in each of the places we went. We had a good range of different types of food, great recommendations for other activities and had a fantastic time talking through the history of Valencia.

Vivi was wonderful tour guide. Very informative and engaging. We got a good amount of food and drink. We had a group of 10 and everyone had a great time.
Vivi was lovely from the start. She tried to learn our names right away, though they were quite difficult. She was interactive and engaging. She was full of enthusiasm and picked a variety of foods for us too experience. She was even able to accommodate people who were not meat eaters. All in all we thoroughly enjoyed our experience.
We had a fabulous experience with Vivi. There were 10 of us on the tour, we are all family and we were celebrating the 60th birthdays of most of the crowd. It seems like an older crowd of us but we are all young at heart. Vivi did an amazing job of keeping all 10 of us together and enjoying ourselves during the tour. It is not easy to herd ten siblings and cousins, but she did a great job and showed incredible patience. The food was lovely and Vivi provided a nice historical context for what we were eating and how the different items took on iconic status. We highly recommend taking this tour.
Vivi was amazing! We had done a walking tour the previous day of the same area, but her tour allowed us unique insights into Valencia. She was friendly, knowledgeable, entertaining, and accommodating. We mentioned we did not care for mushrooms, and she immediately found a different dish for us. Definitely give this tour a try if you are curious about local areas and eats!!
Absolutely brilliant tour! Vivi was fantastic - lots of fun information about the area, the food, the restaurant owners/operators, and of course herself. I can’t believe how lucky we were to find her. It was a lovely afternoon spent wandering, learning, chatting and eating. I highly recommend booking with Vivi. We had two under 18 and two adults. While we had no major dietary accommodations, she was always accommodating with non-alcoholic beverages for the younger ones. We will definitely book with her when we return.
Vivi’s tour was absolutely fantastic! I travelled to Valencia with my two daughters and my sister. We always book a food tour at the beginning of our trip to a new location and Viví did not disappoint. Even though the heat was unbearable, she kept us engaged with bits of history, culture, and of course delicious bites to eat around the historic center of Valencia. I was so grateful that our group was small so we were all able to participate and learn from her. I would absolutely recommend this tour to families and small groups over any of the larger tour companies.
