Wonderful experience. Very Peaceful and tranquil. Float like a butterfly, burn fire like a bee. The sunrise was amazing to see.

This was an amazing experience, that was truly memorable. We were picked up by Aziz, who was also the pilot. He was really friendly and informative. He is clearly very knowledgeable and saftey conscious. (I found it reassuring when he layer said he's also a physics teacher. 😁)

Very good service from collection to flight. If you're in a place for the first time collection is a worry, clear map sent and messages from the company, so really easy process. Coffee when you arrive, then the balloon is readied and off you go. Flight was excellent, I was worried about the sheer number of balloon flights but you only see the others in the distance and it doesn't detract at all. The flight was great with loads of information from the captain Ismael. There are loads of companies, similar price etc.. but our biggest worry was that being collected would be a nightmare in a city you've never been to before, but they made it really easy

On the day, she conquered her demons via the medium of tactical catatonia—standing dead-centre, staring fixedly at the horizon, and refusing to acknowledge the abyss. Absolute victory. As for the excursion itself, we chose this operator using the highly scientific method of reading Trip Advisor reviews. While I lack the data points to offer a comparative analysis of the local aviation market, the execution was flawless from pickup to touchdown. Previous reviewers have waxed lyrical about the breakfast, and they are completely correct; it is spectacular. Just note the chronology for your planning: you receive pre-flight tea and cake to calm the nerves, while the main gastronomic event occurs after you survive the landing. One practical update regarding the drone video mentioned in older reviews: the price is €20 for a solo flyer, but it scales to €30 for a couple. They pitch this option right at the start, and my advice is to absolutely budget for it. The footage is spectacular, entirely justifying the cost, and serves as definitive, high-definition proof of a magnificent, adrenaline-fueled, and — most importantly — never-to-be-repeated family adventure. Highly recommended.

A truly memorable experience. While the hotel pickup was very early, the entire trip and experience was flawlessly organized. Lifting off in the balloon just before dawn and taking in the amazing views from above- it was magical. I highly recommend this outfit who delivered one of the highlights during our time in Marrakech.
