This was such a peaceful boat ride. The captain was very nice and told us all about the history of the city.
We loved our Utrecht Canal Boat Ride with Manuel! He was very knowledgeable about his hometown and shared so many insights that only a local knew. He was fun, courteous and made sure our beverage needs were met and all questions answered! It was truly the favorite part of our Utrecht day visit! Five (5) Star Recommendation 🤩

Really recommend such a boat trip. You see the city of Utrecht in a different way. You sit comfortably, are provided with a drink and the skipper gives good information about this beautiful city. Dosed, so there was enough time to just enjoy mindlessly.

We arrived for the 6pm cruise but it was almost full and the people seemed to be one party. We asked if we could wait for the 6:30 and were so pleased we did. There were just three other people. They were from Russia and very interesting to chat to. Our guide was lovely - both entertaining and knowledgeable. The sun was just starting to go down and everywhere was calm and beautiful. A perfect evening cruise.

This is an open boat tour so weather may affect your ride. Umbrellas were provided and the rain was short-lived. We had a wonderful guide/captain in Anna. We would book with this company again.

The boat itself was nice and looked nice, but the guide barely mentioned anything and seemed uninterested. Online you can also find everything copied from a trip in Amsterdam, it seems, and the guide himself knew more about Amsterdam than about Utrecht. It says online that you would get a welcome drink, but when I was on the boat I still had to pay for my drink.
