We had a wonderful and memorable experience! I would especially like to thank Nassim for his professionalism, kindness, and excellent service. He is very friendly, helpful, and highly experienced, with great knowledge of the local culture and traditions. He also made our Cooking Class experience truly special. Everything was well organized, enjoyable, and full of interesting information. Thanks to his experience and attention to detail, we had a fantastic time from beginning to end. Thank you, Nassim, for making our experience so enjoyable and memorable. I highly recommend him! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This class was fun! Our guide picked us up at our hotel, and escorted us by foot through the medina to the location of the class. From there, we went to the market to purchase our produce, then back to the riad to cook our food. We were shown how to make a traditional Moroccan tajine, roasted eggplant salad, carrot salad, and roasted pepper salad. All 3 dishes were delicious. Our guide was friendly and helpful, and did a great job of translating the instructions. My only regret was that they didn't provide us with the recipe after the class. I tried my best to take notes, but I am not 100% confident that I will be able to replicate the dishes based on my hasty notes. We'll see!

Fantastic experience in the market, picking out food & cooking. My 8 year son had so much fun learning how to cook tangine chicken. Best food we’ve had in Fez! Highly recommend, this is a must do for your stay in Fez.

Have been very satisfied with this activity. Races to buy vegetables and meat in a very spectacular part of the medina. Then cooking class in a Riad with a guide and a cooker. Participants prepare vegetables ... and cooking is done in the kitchen. The whole lasts about 4 hours with the final tasting of the whole meal , with hors d'oeuvres like Lebanese mezze (based on tomatoes , onions , eggplants ... spices ..) then the dish itself: in our case it was a chicken tagine with lemons , olives , made with onions . Summarise the best tagine of our 4 full days stay. Quality much superior to everything we have known in restaurants and certainly the best tagine of our life because "family-style" cuisine that cannot be found in restaurants given the preparation times (peeling , cooking ..) Our guide Hamid was perfect: efficient and smiling. We found this activity on Tripadvisor (then Viator and Medina tours in Fez ) Beautiful experience

What a great experience! Hotel pick up followed by buying our groceries at these medina market. After a nice cup of mint tea the lesson started. We prepared some lovely tajine accompanied by 3 different salads and followed by some fresh fruit. Really nice experience and we all felt really welcome

Really friendly people led the cooking class. They gave clear instruction and we had great fun along the way. Quite simple food, but delicious.

This was an AMAZING experience! We were picked up at our riad and walked through the market to select our meat and vegetables. Then we were taken to the kitchen to taught how to cook tajine and other local dishes. Everyone was so friendly and spoke excellent English. The whole experience was relaxing and delicious!

A porter came to our hotel and brought us to the market to meet up with Badr. Badr was very informative concerning the ingredients we needed to buy for the cooking class. Fatima was a fantastic chef and Badr translated and also showed us how to prep the food. We made Tekktouka (roasted peppers), Zaalouk (roasted eggplant with cilantro), carrots with mashed garlic, and Keftka (meatballs in a tomato sauce). The food was delicious, and we learned so much about Moroccan cuisine. I highly recommend it.

Great experience, super friendly people and amazing food! First visit the market for fresh veggies & chicken with Badr. Then cook together with Fatiha a delicious tajine, babaganoush & much more. Highly recommended.

The cooking activity is great. The atmosphere is joyful, pleasant and warm. It is a very good way to discover Moroccan culture in the company of a driver and very pleasant hosts, happy to share their tradition around a moment of conviviality. I recommend 100%.
