Uma noite mágica em Bangkok: city tour privado

Myself and two friends enjoyed this evening tour on Thursday, Oct 17, 2024. Seeing the city lit up at night , in a safe way, was a real treat. Our local guide, Araya, met us exactly where she promised and took us on a very well thought out tour. We were mostly on foot, but also travelled by tuk tuk. We visited a local temple and learned about her Buddhist religion. We visited a massive flower market, that was bursting with color and aroma! We finished up in China town, which was hustling and bustling still at 10 pm. She found opportunities for us to try local cuisine and made sure we were safely in a cab before she said good night. Would definitely recommend this tour and Araya as a guide.

Our evening tour with Kim (Apicha) was fantastic. He was very friendly, funny and accommodating. The highlight was our visit to Chinatown where we were treated to a sampling of some amazing teas brewed by a skilled brewmaster. We learned so much and it was a real treat. Kim even ran to get us a nice snack to enjoy with our tea. We got to get a great sense of the hustle and bustle of Bangkok as it comes to life at night from a tuk tuk that Kim had arranged. That was incredibly fun. I think our favorite stop was at a specialty restaurant that only served satay, the best we had ever had and so inexpensive. Kim was awesome throughout and took great care of us, considering our dietary restrictions. We recommend Kim highly and know you can’t go wrong choosing him as your guide.

Our family had a great experience with Araya! Araya is a delight to be with: knowledgeable, passionate and really eager to make your experience unique. You can see in her eyes the love she has Bangkok and she'll make sure you will fall in love too! We are seasoned travellers and we can add Araya in our top tour list for sure! So, yes: as you can imagine, highly recommended!

Our tour guide was Sammy and he did a great job taking us through the streets and pointing out the interesting sights. He was entertaining and we had good conversations along the tour. We felt bad for how Covid had affected the number of tours he was getting though. The highlight was the rooftop bar at the end, just wished we were a bit more dressed up for the location! The views and ambience were amazing. Definitely recommend Sammy for the tour! If you can choose your guide, do ask for him.

The tour was okay. You see a temple, are paraded around the red light district, get some street food, and are taken to a rooftop bar. The problem is the cost. $50 per person is extortion for the experience. At most the tour should have cost between $15-$20 per person.

Our guide was kind and knowledgeable. We took the sky train instead of the tuktuk ride for some reason but even that was an experience

Had a great experience unfornatley because of covid-19 most bars and clubs the guide showed me where closed but this was not the guide's fault obviously .

We had a great experience walking the streets of Bangkok and learning about the history of the city and Thailand. We also enjoyed seeing the famous red light district! Arnon was a very friendly and personable tour guide and would definitely use him again if we ever visit again. Highly recommend!

Cancelled at last minute by the tour guide. Things happen, I understand, but they should have confirmed or cancelled earlier, not waiting until they see if they have as many guests as they would like.
