Our family had the best experience during our surfing lesson with Hugo. Under his direction he got my teenage daughter and husband to both successfully catch a wave, even though the waves weren’t super big. Surfing next to the pier was idyllic and we rented chairs from them and stayed and had an enjoyable lunch on the pier afterwards. So pleased with the success of my daughter’s first lesson- it was the whole reason she wanted to come to Cocoa Beach for vacation! Thanks again, Hugo!
The lesson was for my grandson who had never surfed before. The instructor was thorough, patience, and very encouraging. My grandson had a wonderful time and even stood up on the board a number of times. I recommend this highly for a first timer.
I took my son yesterday (June 4, 2025) and although the sea was choppy that day due to high winds (and light rain) my son had an excellent experience. He is proud of his newly acquired beginner surfing skills and we will be back with family and friends! Thank you to "Surfer dude" his instructor! Beautiful morning at the beach!
Surf lessons were amazing! My sons learned quick. Instructor was patient and clear with directions. Owner was very kind.
Hugo was amazing and we had the best time! A fun, lighthearted way to learn. It was so cool to surf at famous Pier. My Sister and I were both able to stand up. I can’t recommend this spot enough!

Instructors were perfect for our two grandchildren on Saturday the 5th. A couple tandem rides allowed our grandson to have the courage to stand up on the last good wave.
