Itinerário
Começamos na Customs House, onde você verá uma maquete de toda Sydney e onde caminharemos (aproximadamente 4 km / 2,5 milhas). Você também aprenderá alguns nomes de lugares aborígines para partes de Sydney e explorará o novo recinto imediatamente atrás da Alfândega.
Passamos pelo "Rum Hospital", que agora consiste no NSW Parliament, no Sydney Hospital e no Mint.
Pararemos do lado de fora do Hyde Park Barracks enquanto você ouve a história de sua construção e do infame arquiteto. Não entramos no Quartel.
Entraremos brevemente no Royal Botanic Gardens para ver a localização do antigo Garden Palace e da Governor Phillip Fountain.
Entraremos brevemente no Queen Victoria Building, mas principalmente apenas para vê-lo e para qualquer hóspede usar os banheiros.
Paramos no Hyde Park, onde você terá uma bela vista da Catedral de St Mary. Não entramos na catedral nem subimos perto dela (aproximadamente 50 metros do prédio).
Pararemos em Martin Place e Pitt St para ver o General Post Office e ouvir a história de sua controversa construção e design.
Pararemos em Martin Place para ouvir sobre o Cenotáfio ANZAC e o envolvimento da Austrália na Primeira Guerra Mundial.
Caminharemos por parte de The Rocks no final do passeio, visitando Nurses Walk, Jack Mundey Place e Lower George St.
Veremos a Opera House de onde terminamos o passeio e em Campbell's Cove. Não entramos na Opera House, mas você ouvirá a história de sua construção.
Veremos a Sydney Harbour Bridge de onde termina o passeio. Não subimos na ponte como parte do passeio, mas fica a uma curta caminhada do ponto final.

Was a very intresting tour and good exercise Local sauce tour. Guide was very well informed And the drink after was welcomed
Steve was the best guide! He shared the history of Australia as we toured the city. The tour had the right balance of old and new areas of the city. Steve was knowledgeable and funny. He gave great advice on other things to see and do after the tour.
We had an amazing morning touring Sydney with Steve. We were lucky to have a private tour, amazing weather and it was just perfect. Steve's knowledge of Sydney is impressive, he's very engaging and easy to listen to and he covered all the highlights of the downtown Sydney area as well as recommending other parts of the city we could explore. I would definitely recommend this tour, especially if you're visiting Sydney for the first time.
Has an awesome tour with Matt, very educational and fun, it was the first thing I did in Sydney and would highly recommend it! He went over the history from the Gadigal people, the British colonization, and the modern multicultural movement, really interesting!

Matt was a fantastic tour guide who was very knowledgeable in the local history and was also very personable. I highly recommend this tour for a good time in the city.
I happened to be the only person on the tour, but it was an informative tour. Justin was my guide, and he did a wonderful job! He provided a lot of historical information about Sydney and the founding of Australia. We covered a lot of the city, and I enjoyed learning about the different parts we visited. I would recommend this tour!

Booked a walking tour and surprisingly i am the only participant indeed. A private tour indeed The walking tour started early and Matt has been very enthusiastic in sharing the history of SYD as well as sharing stories of details that could be easily missed I appreciate the tour being very interactive and informative. Michael was our tour guide and he was great, super informative. I booked it because I needed a filler activity after having landed in the morning. This is a walking tour so be prepared to be showered with historical facts and being on your feet for 3.5 hours. Unfortunately, he was running a bit behind and I had to leave at exactly 1:30 when the tour was supposed to end so I missed the drink and the last 30 or so mins of the tour. If you like history and learning about the city, you’d like this tour.
