Total scam artists. Booked a tour with them and it said starts at 9am. Great we're ready. Time was infact not 9am. "That's how it's been for the last 20 years" my apologies I did not know. Anyways our flight in was delayed just 10 minutes-obviously not our fault. Them moving the pickup time much earlier, we would not make it on time. I called an explained the situation. We flew in just for the day and was looking forward to this tour only to be met with horrible customer service, belittling, and nasty customer service. A company that is supposed to be offering a service that is completly unreasonable is absolutely insane. Spoke to William a few times only to be met with hostility every single time. I would avoid using this company for any and all your services. Total scam with no customer service skills.

Every month Gray Line Las Vegas takes thousands of travelers to see the magnificent Hoover Dam and we believe that we provide consistent and timely information as to tours times, and more importantly, hotel pickup times. While we offer complimentary hotel pickups in the tourism corridors, this is not actually part of the tour and obviously requires that we pickup guests before the scheduled tour times. All of this information is provided at the time of booking, as well as in confirmations and additional messaging. While we are sorry that you missed your excursion, our terms of service make it clear that we do not provide refunds for no-shows on the date of an excursion. I have received numerous emails from your company about the upcoming excursion to Hoover Dam, not one of them gave a pick up time but continued to say it starts at 0900. I get to Circus Circus at 0825 thinking im early but the Security guard said you left. You called me while I was crossing the hwy and left a message stating the driver is leaving at 0823. You then tell me I can catch up to them at the Famous Las Vegas sign if I still wanted to go. We'll, I have already paid 170.00 for us to go so I had to pay another 25 dollars for an Uber to take us there. It turns out there were 3 other couples that were in the same predicament as I. They didn't get picked up at Circus Circus because they too didn't have the pick up time and arrived at 0830 The bus shows up and we board the bus and it is shuddering down the hwy. The air conditioning wasn't working well and the bus engine light came on. The driver was doing his best to get us to the Dam but he had to pull over and allow the bus to cool down. It was filthy dirty and the seats were tattered. He stated that he knew this bus had problems and told his office that he didn't want it and they made him take it. Once we got to the Dam he went back to Las Vegas to get another bus. It was a little better, he had to stop once for it as well. This bus was dirty too, you could tell it was never wiped off on the inside. The missed bus was from the lack of communication. A simple text with the time that you will be picked would suffice, with the 6 emails that were sent there could have been communication about the puck up time. The bus situation is an embarrassment of your company. I was disappointed in the quality of the buses, disappointed in the lack of communication. I will not use you again. Stefanie Mann

Interesting tour, just wish things would have run more on time. The dam itself was great, getting there left a bit to be desired. Our bus was about 30 minutes behind schedule picking us up (which we realize pick up times are not exact but that seemed a bit much in the hot parking garage pick up area) and then after stopping at the Vegas sign the mic would no longer work so our driver decided to trade buses. We spent 20-25 min in a random gas station waiting for him to return with a new bus before we were finally on our way! Waters were cold and delightfully icy on a hot 107 degree day and it was fun to leave the strip and see what else is around. Thankfully we didn't have somewhere we needed to be as our trip was longer than estimated.

The tour inside the dam was very short, not at all what we expected. The audio was poor and couldn’t understand anything the guide was saying inside the dam. Our bus driver, Chris, was phenomenal! Overall the trip was good, was just disappointed with the actual dam tour.

This was a very interesting tour of Hoover Dam. Our driver/tour guide was very informative and fun. The only thing that needs improvement is the pick up/drop off order. We were the first location to get picked up. However, on the drop off, it happened in the reverse order which meant we were the last ones to get dropped off. Most places that makes sense, but in Las Vegas, the bus could easily have gone up the highway and started dropping off in the same order as those that were picked up.

We had a wonderful day! The first stop was at the Welcome to Las Vegas sign which was an added bonus. The timing of the stops was perfect. I would highly recommend this tour!!! We learned things from our tour driver that weren’t covered in the dam tour. Very informative!!!

Very educational and historical our true guide was very knowledgeable on history and different things around Las Vegas and Arizona and about the damn and about different casinos legendary figures in history and an excellent job. Learn some I never knew and I’ve been around a long time.

This was a great experience to see the Hoover Dam, and also take a tour down into the dam to see the operations and the history behind the dam. Our tour guide Mike was awesome full of knowledge and history, and also had a bunch of dad jokes that kept the tour lively and fun.

We had an amazing tour on Tuesday, June 9. Mike the tour guide went out of his way to provided an entertaining and informative experience. The problem was with the communication before the tour and on the day of the tour itself. We informed the tour company ahead of time that we would have a mobility scooter with us and were assured it would be OK. On the day of the tour, the bus could NOT accommodate the scooter and luckily we were able to leave the scooter at the pickup hotel, otherwise we would have been forced to cancel. We were able to complete the tour by renting a wheelchair at the dam but this breakdown in communication detracted from the experience! If you book them, make sure your communication goes better.

The Hoover Dam tour was great! I’m so glad we booked this tour. All the staff at the dam were friendly and informative. I was GREATLY disappointed that the 250 anniversary American flag was down. Seeing it was the main reason I booked this tour this month. The bus and driver from LV were unacceptable. The driver stopped too fast every time, slinging us forward and back. He took turns too fast. I had been on a different tour the previous day in the same kind of bus, and it was totally fine, so I know what it ought the be like. Also the toilet seat in the bus was broken, resulting in backspray that was unhygienic and extremely unpleasant. I notified the tour company of both issues, and all I got was an oopsie text. This was poorly done, in my opinion.
