Saia do porto para um passeio panorâmico até Paleokastritsa, parando ao longo do caminho para experimentar alguns dos sabores tradicionais da ilha. Certifique-se de experimentar o kumquat, uma fruta cítrica tangy trazida para Corfu da China em 1846. Continue até o Mosteiro Paleokastritsa, um grande complexo bizantino dedicado à Virgem Maria. Localizado no topo de um promontório, este mosteiro do século XII é visível de todas as direções e oferece vistas deslumbrantes da ilha e do mar. Enquanto na área você pode optar por embarcar em um barco e visitar os arredores Cavernas de Paleokastritsa (15 euros não incluídos). De lá, você fará seu caminho para a Cidade Velha de Corfú com sua famosa arquitetura grega, veneciana, Francês e britânica. Enquanto aqui aproveite algum tempo livre para passear por suas ruas antigas e estreitas e ver os destaques, incluindo a Praça Spianada, Liston e a antiga fortaleza antes de sua viagem de regresso ao porto.

Wonderful tour guide Katarina! And such a beautiful location. Though the group started somewhat larger than we prefer for a small group, we split up in two groups for two different activities, which was nice. We stayed with Katarina for a monastery tour instead of a small boat ride because of the wind; she did a very nice short tour of the monastery, which happened to be on a cliff overlooking the beautiful coastline of Corfu. Then we all got together in the nice van and went to old town Corfu; short walk around to see sites then some time to ourselves. A bit more time in old town would have been nice, as it’s a great place for shopping and eating. Again, Katarina was a great guide and Corfu such an exceptional location.

We saw the gorgeous beach and Monastery first, so quiet and peaceful- followed by free time in the Old Town. The tour was supposed to be small group but we must have been the only ones signing up for it and we ended up getting a private very comfortable tour with Xenos ( spelling?). He gave us just enough information without overwhelming. Great day, highly recommend

We did a tailor made private tour of this island. This island is so different than the other islands we visited, it was so green! Our tour guide Angela and our driver Spiros did a great job showing us the sites! We loved every stop and had a great time!
