It is a beautiful building with many stunning pieces of art and sculpture well worth a visit. Best to visit early before the crowds ,still busy but more chance of getting photos and having time to appreciate the paintings and sculptures
I was in a rush to get into the Florence museum, wondering about my ticket or the entrance, when I passed the time, and they called me. And immediately, they showed me around. Thank God. The process was smooth.
We didn’t have a guide for this tour so maybe I would have felt differently if we had someone to give us information along the way. It’s a very large museum with ALOT of art.
Hello Leah, You have booked only a timed entrance ticket not a guided tour, if you book only a ticket you can expect a guided tour for free, if you wanted W guided tour you should have booked a guide.
Awful communication. I have uswd this platform for many bookings. I’ve never had such a bad experience with a booking as this. I found no detail on a location to meet with our tour person. I stood in line with what I was sent that said it was our tickets but after standing in line ( knowing I didn’t buy a guided tour) I was told it’s not the ticket. I needed a ticket. I know that the tour leader usually has them so we can skip the line. Absolutely nothing was mentioned about a meeting spot in the information. I was there half an hour early, waited on the line to be told I don’t have a ticket! I didn’t see an “ early access” flag. I searched around and asked other tour, asked the gallery employee, but no one could help. The website had a terrible time loading in that area as well. The tour started at 130 and by 145pm, I gave up. I’m so disappointed. I spent the time and money to get to Florence for THIS museum.
Hello Kathleen, As per our conversation on phone we have also explained you, you just don't imagine things as a tourist you should know what did you book all you had to do open your voucher and read the instructions we have sent you an email, sent you messages and tickets in your phone called you few times you never answered this is not our fault if don't communicate or come to the meeting point to collect your tickets.
The visit was great. Natalia helped me get the tickets and kept me informed. We visited the museum right on schedule and got WOWed by the incredible displays and was surprised to see Rubens, Rembrandt also there. Thanks to Natalia for all her help

Really easy to find the guide but to be honest there was no queues so we wished we’d just gone along and waited. Quite a lot of the areas inside were under construction and closed for us to see on our trip which was disappointing
The Uffizi is a must do when in Florence! Better directions for meeting representatives when choosing to do a self-guided tour would be helpful.
They contacted me via WhatsApp 40 minutes before, sending me the ticket; I had no issues, I recommend it.
Very stressful that the contact person was not at the meeting spot when we arrived 15 minutes before the entry time. The company called me at the entry time and at the same time the contact person did show up. Fortunately, my daughter had the WhatsApp app on her phone and we got the tickets from the contact person. It would be good to let customers know that they apparently need the WhatsApp app.
