Our guide Luis was very engaging with the kids and made them lead hats. He was also very knowledgeable about the rainforest and even know a lot of the backstory of the few residents of the rainforest. I would highly recommend this tour. We did this as a cruise excursion and they got us back with enough time to explore the Old town on foot for a few hours.
Awesome experience!!! No difficulty involved at all, very accommodating to every type of experience. No experience necessary, our Guide gave us a once in a lifetime experience!!! Highly recommended even though there weren’t that many reviews!!!
So glad to know you really enjoyed the tour and really appreciate the support! Blessed
This was a great introduction to el Yunque. Our guide Isaac was excellent — very knowledgeable, actively involved, and professionally managed the guests and the program. The program was true to the description. Some older guests struggled, hiking back up from the wading area. The views from the tower were amazing! And so is the waterfall. The food stop was probably the best authentic Puerto Rican food of my PR experience. The crab empanada was amazing — the best empanada I’ve ever had! Again, this excursion was a great introduction to the forest. This was mostly and can tour with frequent stops. I would certainly like to go back, but next time I would definitely choose a program with more hiking.
Our experience was great. In our group I had my 5 year old son and my 65 year old aunt and it was great for everyone. Isaac was a great guide. Very informative and knowledgeable. I love the wealth of information he provided. Highlight was the swim in the river. My son and I will remember that forever. I would definitely book again.
Ingrid was an excellent tour guide who provided lots of information about Puerto Rico History and the vegetation that grows on the island. The tour does different stops within the forest for sightseeing and pictures including a river for swimming. It’s suitable for families and small children. We stopped for a delicious lunch. Overall a fun day
Book with Rafael! We loved our tour with him, he was very thoughtful and considerate of the guests, picked us up at our hotels, made sure we were comfortable. He talked about history, wildlife, and tips for enjoying the island, made us laugh a bunch. Safety is his #1 priority and great driver! Stop for lunch was authentic and very delicious
Thanks this kind words! Glad to know you had a great time!
