This tour was very helpful, and made it very easy for me to explore main highlights of Tunia, at my own pace - no pressure at all. My guide was Nouri, a well spoken, informative and courteous guide. His English was very good. I highly recommend requesting him as your guide.
Great tour that also made private requests (buying soccer jerseys for the kids) possible. Good explanations from the guide who speaks German very, very well. I would, however, recommend doing the tour later in the year. It was actually too hot for it.

We had such a lovely day trip to Sidi Bou Said and really enjoyed the whole experience! It was definitely one of the highlights of our trip to Tunisia. Our guide was fantastic from start to finish. He was very friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable, and made sure we understood everything and felt comfortable throughout the day. He gave us lots of interesting information about the history and culture of the places we visited, while also giving us enough free time to explore and take photos.

We took this excursion with the guide Nouri and it was great, despite not knowing Spanish he was super attentive to us and made us feel super comfortable, the vehicle was also comfortable and the air conditioning worked very well, the places you visit are beautiful and the restaurant they take you to eat at is of very good quality/price, thank you very much for everything Nouri!!!

From the very first communication to organise our trip and discuss our requirements, all the way through to the tour guide and driver, Miral Travel Service was absolutely excellent. We travelled as a family of 9, which can sometimes feel like organising a small school trip 😂, but the team made everything incredibly smooth and stress-free. They were extremely accommodating, professional, and attentive to our needs throughout the entire journey. The weather was around 50°C, so having a vehicle with fully working air conditioning was honestly a lifesaver! They also kindly provided us with bottled water, which we especially appreciated during a time when there was a water shortage. Those little touches really showed us that they genuinely cared about our comfort and experience. A special mention has to go to the owner, Mr Azouz, who went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied throughout our trip. He stayed in regular contact with me to check that everything was going well and to see whether we needed anything else. That level of communication and personal attention made a huge difference and gave us real peace of mind. Our tour guide was fantastic as well. He spoke English very well, which made communication easy, and he was knowledgeable, friendly, and happy to answer all our questions. We travelled from Tunis to Sousse and were given an unbeatable price for the quotation. We also did several excursions along the way, and the tour guide and driver patiently waited for us while we explored. One of the highlights was visiting a lovely museum, where our guide explained everything to us and gave us a much better understanding of the history and culture. He even recommended an excellent local spot for lunch. This was actually my second time using Miral Travel Service, and after this experience, I can confidently say that I would use them every single time I travel to Tunisia. What really stands out is that they don’t just provide a service — they genuinely listen to what you need, accommodate you, and make sure you are looked after from beginning to end. Excellent service, excellent representatives, excellent communication, and an owner who truly understands how to look after his customers. I would highly recommend Miral Travel Service to anyone travelling around Tunisia. Top-notch guide, he gave us a complete excursion of our day starting with the medina of Tunis, very beautiful, explaining the monuments and the cultures to us; we did our shopping, he advised us on our purchases, then the Carthage museum followed by the thermal baths for these historical monuments; he took us to eat in a small local restaurant where we ate really well! Followed by our walk in Sidi Bou Said, a very, very beautiful, magnificent city to see! A super attentive guide, very, very kind, really very human, super attentive to our children, we thank him again for them!!

We chose this package mainly for my wife who has reduced mobility. The request was to have this pickup at the exit of the cruise terminal. Upon exiting the terminal, no one was waiting for us; we were told that the terminal exit was 2 km away to be reached on foot. We had to take a taxi to reach the meeting point 2 km away. Unacceptable. Our driver explained to us that he did not have the badge to get as close as possible to the terminal. On the way back, same thing, we had to walk to reach the terminal. Only the driver, through his friendliness, deserves one star. Viator is to be avoided for its amateurism. Avoid at all costs!!
Bonjour, Nous prenons note de votre retour, mais tenons à apporter plusieurs précisions importantes afin de rétablir les faits pour les futurs voyageurs : Réglementation portuaire exceptionnelle : Le jour de votre arrivée, les autorités portuaires tunisiennes ont restreint l'accès au quai intérieur aux seules compagnies de grands bus et vans, interdisant temporairement l'accès aux voitures individuelles. Cette décision administrative indépendante de notre volonté s'impose à tous les prestataires privés. Distance réelle : La distance entre la sortie du terminal et le point de rendez-vous sécurisé n'est absolument pas de 2 km, mais de 300 mètres maximum. Pour vous éviter toute fatigue, cette courte liaison a d'ailleurs été effectuée en taxi jusqu'au chauffeur. Qualité du service et confort : Vous avez été accueillis à bord d'un véhicule neuf (mis en circulation il y a seulement 2 mois). Notre chauffeur a fait preuve d'une attention et d'une bienveillance totales envers votre épouse pour s'adapter à sa mobilité réduite tout au long du parcours. Déroulement de l'excursion : L'intégralité des sites prévus au programme a été visitée sans encombre, et votre retour au port s'est fait parfaitement à l'heure pour votre embarquement. Vous nous avez d'ailleurs contactés par téléphone dès la fin de l'excursion pour nous remercier chaleureusement et nous confirmer à quel point vous aviez passé une excellente journée. Nous regrettons donc la sévérité de ce commentaire public au vu des efforts déployés pour vous assurer une sortie agréable malgré les contraintes portuaires locales.
