Aventura de mergulho com snorkel em Tulum, tartarugas e cenotes na Riviera Maya

We loved everything! Especially the cenote! Our guide was very friendly! Now he took good care and answered all our questions! He spoke English very well!

We had a great day today snorkeling with the sea turtles. Our guides were very organized, patient and informative. From there we had a short drive to Dos Ojos Cenote where we snorkeled through the caves and tunnels into a bat cave which was amazing. After a decent lunch of fajitas at a quiet restaurant we went to the ruins in Tulum and had time to explore plus had a guide. My only comment would it in my opinion have been better to do the ruins first then hit the water as it was so hot by the end of the day out in the sun. Our guides, Gustavo and David were excellent as was our driver Saul. I would definitely recommend this company for small, well organized tours.

I did this tour 2 days ago, and it was definitely one of the highlights of my Mexican vacation. From booking at my resort, through to the hotel pick up and the actual tour, everything was seamless and well thought out. The guides and driver were amazing and very helpful. I had a bit of trouble snorkelling and Gabriel helped me the entire time and allowed me to see the turtles and go into the bat cave at the cenote. I highly recommend this company.

Excellent excursion and excellent guide Gustavo, not only showing in detail the tour, but most importantly conveying values necessary for the conservation of the turtles and the environment of the whole Riviera Maya. We were surprised that even informing us all not to apply suncream for the damage it causes in the environment and in particular in the turtles, people did it, and the guides who accompanied them said nothing, unlike Gustavo who showed great concern and care with it, something that on our part we thanked as nature lovers. Thank you very much for your work Gustavo, and do not lose your enthusiasm in the performance of your work which for our family was excellent. Thank you very much also to Prodive, because the organization was generally very good

We went snorkeling and saw the sea turtles, stingrays, jelly fish, barracudas, and squids. It was amazing. We then went and swam in the cenotes which was also very relaxing and fun. We had delicious fajitas and spent time in some small shops on the way to Telum. Gustavo and Henry were friendly, helpful,knowledgeable, and made the trip one to remember.

We booke this trip last minuit. The guids were great and fun. THey explained everything we were going to do and experience in depth. THey served us drinks and sandwiches in transite. THe turtle site was easly snorkled, we seen turtles, starfish, barracuda, and sting rays. We did the Myan tour with this, Was informative but hot still good to see the ruins. THe next was the cenots. The water is cold for the area, but was amazing to snorkle the cave and cavern. The wate is crystal clear. Lunch was also great. We would use Prodiver for another tour again

We couldn’t be happier after booking the Turtle Snorkeling/Tulum Ruins/Cenote Snorkeling tour with ProDive. From the booking experience at our resort to the tours themselves, our expectations were exceeded. Our guides (Aldo & David) and driver (Jesus) were cordial, knowledgeable and fun! They helped us find lots of sea life while snorkeling, introduced us to an excellent guide at Tulum and were fantastic guides through the Dos Ojos cenote (our favorite part!) We were thrilled and would recommend these particular guides/driver and tour to anyone. Thanks for a wonderful experience!

I can not say enough wonderful things about this company. I was extremely hesitant to book the excursion because I can not swim at all. I’m so glad I went through with it! They made me feel so comfortable and we’re with me the entire way. The entire time I was in the ocean there was an instructor right by my side. If you are someone who doesn’t know how to swim please do not feel discouraged. They are extremely patient and professional.

This was my first time in Mexico and we almost didn't do an excursion but I am SOO glad we did. We booked our 3 part excursion (Turtle snorkeling, Cenotes and Tulum tour) through the hotel we were staying at. Everything was AMAZING. I was so nervous about it but the whole time our tour guides kept us informed, hydrated, were so attentive and friendly. We had our driver/photographer Gabriel, and our 2 Guides Aldo and Gustavo. Seriously amazing people who managed a group of 11 like pros. They had fresh and cold bottles of water/soft drinks, explained everything as we went, had snacks and put our experience at their top of the priority list. The excursions were spectacular. We went to Akumal and did the snorkeling with the turtles first, then did the cenotes at Dos Ojos and lastly ended up in Tulum. I recommend bringing water shoes, sunscreen, and mosquito spray (although you cannot wear it when swimming with the turtles). Thank you SOO much Gustavo, Aldo and Gabriel! You made our trip memorable! We will be back for sure and booking another excursion with Pro Dive!

We made two excursions which Gustavo was the guide, was excellent Service, at all times was attentive that we are all happy and safe, helped us and gave us a very good time, explained us, told us about history and more. I continued like this Gustavo!!!!! Excellent work.
