The crew of Flying Cloud was exceptional! They helped each of us with our snorkeling equipment and we had a delicious lunch of barbecue wraps, chips and any beverage you want. However, the transportation team failed miserably. We were picked up at Sandals and the 2 of us arrived exactly 6 minutes early at the lobby where we were instructed to be. The ride didn’t come for 25 minutes and I sent a message thru Viator stating that. The response was that the ride had been waiting the whole time at the end of the long entrance to the property because the bus was too big to come through. Fortunately the driver was kind enough to get security to walk him down the entrance road to us and escort us to the bus by the street. This should have been obvious to an organization that regularly picks up customers. In my text for help, the reply was rude, especially since I had the original text telling me exactly where to be. We also stopped at Margaritaville and picked up a party of 4. After a great time with the Flying Cloud crew on the catamaran, the 6 of us returned to the parking lot for our ride back to our hotels. After 25 minutes, we went back to the boat and told the crew that our ride was not there. He had to come and hire a taxi to take us back. Great service from the catamaran crew but massive failure by the transportation people.

Very nice! Traveled to rose island to snorkel. We had the package that included lunch, free drinks and snacks. Everything was beautiful, everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend this tour.

There was a mix up with our reservation and we had to reschedule our trip by a day. When it came time for our trip we received a call stating that the catamaran was not available and would we like a speed boat. We said no. We were refunded our money within a day.

Captain Kai, “M & M,” and the rest of the crew were fabulous! We sailed on a beautiful day, and enjoyed snorkeling at Rose Island. We also enjoyed a light lunch and unlimited beverages. When we return to the Bahamas, we will definitely book another adventure with them!

So fun!!! Got along with the kids, crew was fun and attentive! Will book again next year!! Looking for a fun time!!! Book this!

My friends and I booked the ticket the day before the trip. Paid and received a confirmation. My friends and I drove early to the pier and waited where the boat was at. When nobody showed we asked people on the pier if they knew the owner and how to reach them. They called the lady of the boat and handed us the phone. She said that we (4 people) were too small of a group to go. This is about an hour after we were expected to be there. There was nothing we could do and asked what next. She would take care of the reimbursement. Now 12 days later and still no email or news.

Excellent trip so much fun! A must do . They make you feel very comfortable and happy. Don't hesitate . Book it.

Amazing Experience! The tour company was extremely friendly and accommodating. The beach was completely empty.

Only complaint was we were dropped off at pier after hotel pickup and Asked to wait an hour before boat left??? I suspect they are in business with margaritaville at the pier since we had nothing to do for an hour except the bar. Seems dishonest or at lease disorganized

Best part of the entire trip!! Captain Kai and Mama made the trip so much fun!! The catamaran was beautiful, comfortable and the drinks delicious!! Don’t miss out on this. Highly recommend.
