Você deve estar pronto no horário indicado para o embarque. O veículo passará por cada acomodação (apenas uma vez). Haverá alguns minutos entre os pontos de embarque. Pedimos a sua compreensão, pois podem ocorrer atrasos devido ao trânsito (especialmente em feriados) ou outros motivos fora do controle da empresa. Very good experience. Was nervous about the guide and pickup given other reviews but we had a great time. Junior was a good no frills guide - gave out information in both English and Spanish, and we were picked up 15 minutes past 5. Can go at your own pace, which is good as the altitude really made it difficult on the ascent (coming from a young moderately fit person with plenty of hiking experience). The lake and hike itself was incredible, could’ve been in Switzerland! Definitely give it a go
Bad experience, guide made it clear from the beginning that he was not even there for anyone, that if he stayed behind the problem was who decided to go, even they know that we foreigners are not experienced in altitude (OK he said clearly in Spanish and I heard) he gave no assistance. For those who are thinking about going, think well, there are other less dangerous tours and with more attention from the guide, even the guide himself said ““here you are to connect with nature not with God”,”then accelerate the step pq I do not take responsibility for anyone”.

Sin embargo, también nos debemos a nuestros colaboradores y para nosotros es importante dejar en claro ciertas situaciones: 1. El guía en ningún momento indicó que no brindaría la asistencia que le corresponde, como todos los días, él debe indicar que la caminata es de una dificultad considerable para aquellos que no tienen una buena condición física y que, si han decidido realizar esta actividad, deben tener en cuenta que depende de cada uno llegar a la meta, más el no podrá forzar o cargar a aquellos que no puedan llegar (algunos pasajeros desconocen que la caminata es larga y que requiere un esfuerzo físico considerable). Existen procedimientos para aquellos pasajeros que no cuentan con la condición física o aquellos que se cansan mucho antes de llegar a la laguna, en dónde el guía les indica que no deben continuar y deben retornar hacia el punto de partida, con el fin de no poner en riesgo su integridad y de no dificultad la experiencia de los demás pasajeros. 2. El servicio inicia en Huaraz y en el caso de ustedes se les recogió en la ruta, sin inconvenientes, aún cuando no necesariamente era un punto para recoger pasajeros. 3. Ustedes recién habían llegado a Acopampa y no realizaron un correcto proceso de aclimatación y más cuando no venían previamente de alguna zona de altura similar a Huaraz, por lo cual también tenían personas que se enfermaron en su grupo, e incluso uno no llegó por estar bastante enfermo. Lo que se traduce en que no tuvieron en cuenta ninguna preparación para realizar una caminata de está dificultad. 4. Existen muchas personas que presentan este tipo de comentarios a pesar de que se les ha brindado todas las facilidades del caso, y normalmente las presentan porque no pudieron llegar a la laguna 69 y asumen que el guía debía llevarlos a cómo de lugar, incluso cargandolos, lo cuál es imposible. 5. De un bus lleno de pasajeros solamente usted manifiesta una incomodidad, la cual es entendible porque pensaron que la caminata era bastante fácil, sin embargo el resto de pasajeros (de distintas nacionalidades) están bastante contentos con el servicios. Le recomendamos tomar un tour en el idioma de su predilección, así puede evitar malos entendidos, ya que este tour es en español e inglés. La frase "ustedes están aquí para conectar con la naturaleza y no con Dios" es una frase de humor en la montaña, que incluso puede buscar en TikTok y reir con ella. Saludos cordiales. Great experience, absolutely loved it and they operators were great. We were in a group of Peruvian tourists so the whole thing was in Spanish which wasn't an issue for us.

We appreciate your comment. but you must keep in mind that the pick-up is hotel by hotel and many times some passengers are not ready and take a few minutes longer than planned and we cannot leave them. Likewise, you did not indicate a hotel as a pick-up point but a particular address that was not a hotel and yet we picked you up, normally passengers wait inside the hotel reception, we regret that your place of lodging will not have one . We comply with the requested services, however you leave us a bad rating without taking into account that we provide you with inconsiderate services such as picking you up at a place that was not a hotel, however we are very grateful for choosing us and happy that you You have managed to visit 69 lake. The experience is absolutely incredible and the scenery is breathtaking. You must come prepared in case you have issues with altitud ( get altitud pills at the pharmacy, bring a rainjacket, sunscreen and wear sunblock). The walk itself is 8km and the hardest km is the last one. I really enjoyed the experience and highly recommend!
We went on your guided tour to lake69 a couple of weeks ago. We have a bunch of complaints, because of our bad experience with both the guide, the bus, the prices ext. We went on a bus with a lot of other people, that we spoke to on the trip. We paid 150 soles per person for the trip, and the rest of the bus paid 50 soles per person? How does this make any sense? We feel that we have tricked by you into buying this trip at a much higher price than everyone else on the exact same trip… paying 3 times as much as everyone else? I want an explanation for this!!! Also in your trip description you write that we have an English guide, which was one of the reasons why we booked the trip in the first place, but the girl that was the guide did not speak a word of English… she didn’t understand a word either. Really bad service. Also this guide didn’t guide us in anything. The whole bus complained of this. She didn’t explain any history of the lake or give any information at all about the trip, what the plan was for the trip. NOTHING! She just laughed and said that, that wasn’t her job to do. And also the bus that we drove in had no safety at all. One of the seats broke while driving, and none of the seats had seatbelts. We were driving on crazy roads, and the driver was driving crazy. So we did not feel at all safe on the trip… this you really need to improve. Also the bus was overbooked, so there wasn’t space for everyone to sit? What is this?? Paying so much for everyone in the bus to be scared the whole way… We overall had a really bad experience, and we feel we have been tricked only because we are stupid tourists. This is not fair. We will write this for everyone to see on your website, and on TripAdvisor so others don’t make the same mistake as us trusting in you. We hope for a reply from you soon!
Good service with pic up at hotel. It was a wonderful day with marvelous nature. Rember to be in high altitude at lest one day before the tour.
We returned a few days ago, truly enchanted by this tour, to the dazzling landscapes and with the warmth of this population which is mesmerizing.
