Special mention must go to our pickup driver, Nyoman, who genuinely made the experience. From the moment he collected us, he was kind, welcoming, and great fun to talk to. He drove very well throughout, even on the early morning mountain roads, and we felt completely safe and looked after the whole time. Drivers can make or break a tour like this, and Nyoman elevated the entire day. The whole experience was seamlessly organised from start to finish. Highly recommended, and if you can request Nyoman as your driver, do!

This was a great trip. It is nice to be part of a smaller group, so you can take breaks when needed. There is not too much to see during the walk at night, but the views from the top at sunrise are stunning. A small but would be that it was a bit harder than we expected. Some distanced are very steep with loose sand and rocks. But all in all it is worth it.

Incredible! I highly recommend to anyone wanting to experience breath taking views, our tour guide was the best and made it extra special with his local knowledge.

We had a great experience at Mount Batur with our amazing guide Katut for the trek. and our driver Senegal who was very friendly and gave us great explanations about the history of Ubud !

Everything was perfectly organized, our driver picked us up right on time and was really kind. When we arrived a guide took us to the top of the vulcano, he was also really kind; took nice pictures for us and made sure we were okay the whole hike!

We had an amazing experience! The driver picked us up at our hotel perfect on time. After that we drove to the starting point with a small group, which was pleasant. The whole tour we were guided by an amazing tour guide, he was really nice and helpful and checked in with us all the time. On top of the vulcano we had a stunning view and we got breakfast from our guide. This tour offered us everything all the other tours do, for a cheaper and fair price. After the hike and coffee tour our very nice driver drove us back to the hotel. Would definitely recommend!

Our driver Senegal was very punctual, super friendly and accomodating. Ketuk was our Mt Batur guide and he was very caring and responsible, and took amazing pictures for us. Had a great time, i would rec this tour.

Everything was great. Car arrived on time and our driver was excellent. Our guide for the trek was also very helpful and nice. The trek in the dark was interesting; we could see a sea of humanity walking up ahead of us at night. The sunrise was exquisite. Breakfast was nice. Hot cocoa and banana sandwiches. Make sure you make time to walk to the other two ridges on the top of the mountain. The views from there are outstanding. The trek down was a bit unpleasant with a lot of loose gravel. But oh well. Coffee plantation visit afterwards was quite nice. Tasted all kinds of coffee and tea. All in all, great experience. Highly recommend.

This is one of the highlight during the time in Bali. Pick up was punctual (even slightly early) and the whole trip was well organized. Especially the driver Senegal and the local guide Ktut who helped us on the way were amazing! It’s an extra bonus where you can pay upfront and don’t need to worry about paying anything on the day. Some other tours were paying for drinks/ breakfast at the top but this tour is all inclusive.

This was an amazing experience and I highly recommend! I had the incredible guide Ketuk and he was so lovely and made the trip super special! 10/10 for all aspects!
