A caminhada no Everest Base Camp é a rota de trekking mais famosa do mundo e esta é uma oportunidade única na vida de ver algumas das paisagens montanhosas mais impressionantes que se possa imaginar. Visão geral do Trek Dia 01: Voo para Lukla (2.804 m) e Trek para Phakding (2.610 m) - 4 horas. Dia 02: Trek ao Bazar de Namche (3.441 m) - 5 horas. Dia 03: Dia da Aclimatação do Bazar de Namche Dia 04: Trek to Tengboche (3.860 m) - 5 horas. Dia 05: Trek to Dingboche (4.350 m) 4-5 horas. Dia 06: Caminhada de aclimatação ao pico de Nangkartshang (5.083 m) 3 a 4 horas. Dia 07: Trek to Lobuche (4.910 m) 4-5 horas. - Dia 01: Catmandu - Lukla - Phakding (2.651 m / 8.700 pés): vôo de 30 minutos, caminhada de 3 a 4 horas

- Dia 02: Phakding - Namche (3.438m / 11.280 pés): 4-5 horas
- Continuamos nossa caminhada na trilha que vai para o norte, subindo o vale de Benkar. Atravessamos o rio Dudh Koshi e passamos pelas aldeias Chumoa e Monjo que levam à entrada do Parque Nacional do Everest. Depois, passamos pela vila de Jorsale, atravessando uma ponte suspensa e caminhamos ao longo dos rios Dudh Koshi e Bhote Koshi. Continuamos nossa caminhada subindo em uma trilha íngreme e alcançamos o Bazar de Namche. Pernoite no bazar de Namche.
- Dia 03: Dia da Aclimatação - Bazar de Namche: (3.440m / 11.284 pés)
- Exploramos o Bazar de Namche e subimos ao Parque Nacional Sagarmatha e apreciamos o nascer do sol sobre o Himalaia, incluindo o Monte. Everest, Lhotse, Nuptse, Ama Dablam, Thamserku, Kongde e assim por diante. Se estivermos interessados em uma caminhada de um dia, podemos caminhar até a vila de Khumjung. Pernoite no bazar de Namche.
- Dia 04: Namche Bazaar para Tengboche (3.870m / 12.694 pés): 5-6 horas
- A caminhada até Phunki é uma caminhada fácil. A partir daqui, subimos em direção à vila de Tengboche, explorando o famoso mosteiro de Tengboche, que é o maior mosteiro da região do Everest. Está localizado dentro do Parque Nacional Sagarmatha, que é um Patrimônio Mundial da UNESCO. O mosteiro é abençoado com vistas panorâmicas do Himalaia, incluindo o Monte. - Dia 05: Tengboche para Dingboche (4.360 m / 14.300 pés): 5-6 horas

- Dia 06: Dingboche: Aclimatação
- Passar um dia em Dingboche nos ajudará a nos acostumar com a grande altitude. Podemos passar um tempo caminhando até a colina cerca de quatro horas atrás de Dingboche para ver os picos mais altos do mundo, incluindo Lhotse, Makalu e Cho Oyu. Pernoite em Dingboche.
- Dia 07: Dingboche - Lobuche (4.900 m)
- A caminhada continua caminhando cerca de 7 horas (9 km) ao longo da trilha do Himalaia, em direção ao famoso acampamento base do pico mais alto do mundo, explorando a vista deslumbrante das montanhas. A trilha continua pela passagem de Dughla até a vila montanhosa de Lobuche para pernoite
- Dia 08: Lobuche - Gorak Shep 5160 m - Acampamento Base do Everest 5365 m
- Hoje continuamos nossa caminhada até o acampamento Base do Everest, caminhando por um longo dia por quase 12 horas (17 km) até Gorakshep. Depois de chegar a Gorak shep, faça o check-in no lodge, almoce e caminhe até o acampamento base para desfrutar de vistas incríveis das montanhas Nuptse, Khumbuste e Pumori. Depois, voltamos a Gorakshep do acampamento base para pernoite.
- Dia 09: Gorakshep - Kala Pathar 5555 metros - Pheriche 4200 m
- Após o café da manhã, caminhamos até o ponto mais alto da caminhada, Kalapatthar, para uma vista magnífica do Everest mais alto do mundo e de várias outras montanhas, como as montanhas Lingtren, Khumbutse e Changtse. Demora cerca de três horas para chegar ao topo. Depois de passar algum tempo no cume de Kala Patthar, voltamos para Gorak Shep para almoçar, o que é relativamente mais fácil do que caminhar até Kala Patthar. Depois do almoço, caminhamos até Pheriche para passar a noite.
- Dia 11: Trek ao Bazar de Namche (3.441 m) - 7 horas

- Dia 12: Lukla - Catmandu (1400 m)
- Nós pegamos um vôo de manhã cedo para Kathmandu após nossa longa jornada nas montanhas. Após a chegada a Catmandu, você será transferido para o seu hotel. Levamos você para um jantar cultural à noite. Pernoite em Katmandu.
- Observe que muitas vezes o voo Catmandu - Lukla-Kathmandu fica atrasado em algumas horas ou pode até ser cancelado por um, dois ou mais dias devido a condições climáticas desfavoráveis. Tais condições podem surgir mesmo nas melhores estações do ano. Portanto, nesses casos, você deve estar preparado para longas esperas nos aeroportos de Kathmandu ou Lukla, pois isso pode acontecer no início ou no final da jornada ou até em ambos.

We decided to the Everest Base camp trek and booked with Himalayan Sanctuary Adventure (HSA) back in 2020 pre- COVID. When we had to cancel everything due to the pandemic , Bishnu from HSA quickly authorized the refund and we got our money back from Tour radar straight away. In the nearly two years that followed for us to re-book everything to attempt to the Everest base camp hike again, Bishnu kept in contact with us giving us an update on the COVID situation in Nepal and just general advice about travelling to Nepal during a pandemic. He made us feel secure and wanting to book a big trip such as Everest base camp again during these uncertain times. The service from Bishnu was excellent from the start- meeting us at the airport to dropping us back there for our return flight to the UK. The leaving gift of a Nepalese scarf was a nice touch as we left Nepal with fond memories of our EBC trip and holiday. He was also very flexible in accommodating changes we requested to our itinerary such as moving our Kathmandu city tour to another day in order to accommodate a visit to the Chitwan National Park post the EBC trek. In summary, we could not have chosen a better company then HSA for our unforgettable EBC trek. I would highly recommend HSA for anyone looking to book an EBC trek or holidaying in Nepal.

Wow! What an experience to see the mystical site of Everest Base Camp. We also trekked over Chola pass to Gokyo before returning back to Lukla. From the very beginning, the service and attention to details was superb by the staff. From the moment my family and I arrived in Kathmandu, Himalayan Sanctuary Adventure was there to help plan our trip. From giving us ideas of where to trek to escorting us to a store to purchase necessary equipment, they were there to lend a hand. I also felt like they never were pushy or trying to promote something to us we didn't want. They allowed us to make a decision and then we went from there. It was seamless. They purchased the airline tickets to Lukla for us. While trekking, you could sense the care that the guide and porter provided us. As customers, our needs were important. It is nice that "service" to the customer still means something here. The guide was helpful in teaching us about the culture of the region, as well as providing us with the facts about the scenery. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. I definitely would recommend Himalayan Sanctuary Adventures to friends and family. You will not be disappointed.

Himalayan Sanctuary Adventure organized everything for us from transfers to and from the hotels, permits for trekking, Guide and Porter for trekking, Accommodation during the trek, food on the trek, duffel bags (which is needed for the trek) . We were delayed by two days due to weather in Lukla and this was beyond our control, however bishnu were able to arrange with hotels and transport for the extra nights in Kathmandu. The journey to EBC is spectacular with amazing views and wonderful friendly people however not an easy one, it really is something that tests you as an individual and one needs to be strong minded when performing this trek. I am proud and glad to say I have achieved this. We definitely received great hospitality from the Himalayan Sanctuary Adventure who went out of their way to ensure we had a great experience, in my opinion, if one is thinking about doing any trekking in Nepal don't even think about any other company besides Himalayan Sanctuary Adventure. Bishnu , Prem and all the Trekking Staff are wonderful who will go out of their way for you to ensure you achieve your goals.
