Absolutely DO NOT use this company. We have been sitting in a queue to collect our car for 2 hours so far. And there are still 20 people ahead of us in the queue. They take about 15 minutes per person and despite a ticketed queuing system every so often they serve a different set of ticket numbers. They may be cheaper than other companies but there is a reason.
Excellent service! Friendly, arrived on time & courteous driver. Highly recommend for females traveling solo.

Great service. Pick up was straightforward and the journey to the hotel saved us about an hour rather than going on the dreaded holiday bus! Would highly recommend.

I decided to make a little comment about this airport, but it would be valid for all the others. My mouth is about drinks😒 I fully understand that we are thrown away at €0.70 per 50 cl bought in a small supermarket (or other) for safety reasons. We can happily buy some in the dining areas...... at 3,90 € the 75 cl 😱 Why this exorbitant price?!? What justifies it?!? I hear people complaining, too, but we are taken hostage!!!! We have no other choice😤 It's a shame to push prices 😪
In June 2022 we used Shuttledirect private transfers, we were in six people, from Palma de Mallorca airport to Colonia sant Jordi, from Colonia sant Jordi to Calas de Mallorca and then from here to Airport for a total of 3 transfers. Excellent Service , punctual , kind and adequate prices. Recommended
