We were looking for a car service to pick us up from the airport & take us to the hotel, round trip. We Looked up a lot of company's and took a shot with Viator. After we booked the service we received a few emails on what to accept. The driver called me 3 days before to set up the meeting place. We arrived go our bags and He was standing at the exit with a sign reading my name. Took our bags the car was 15 feet away new big SUV clean cool. Took about 40 min to get to the Hard rock. We felt like VIP's. The best of all the price + tip, worth every penny. Forget taking the bus with 14 other people. Arrive in style. Thank you

I made the reservation and my credit card was charged. We arrived at the airport and had VIP service escort us through the airport . When we came outside our ride was not there. The escort called the tour operator and they said they didn’t have the date. Awful service and I demand a full refund. If not I will be disputing the charge.
