Terrible service the came nearly an hour late and wouldn’t give me a partial refund. It was a very stressful experience especially being on my own in a country I hadn’t been to before!
On time pickup for Sphinx airport from Giza, we had even requested for a 30 min delayed pickup and it was accepted readily

Pyramid Best Tours are the best. My arrival was planned at 3:05 but due to the luggage issue I came out from the Airport at 5:15 and believe me, the driver was waiting for me. When we left the airport to the apartment I asked him to help get cash on the way as I didn't get from the airport ATM and he did that without complain. I recommend this Agency for all your tours and it will me mine any time I come back to Egypt.
