Driver didn’t show up at scheduled time - called him and he was asleep. Had to find other transportation at 1:30 AM in a place where I don’t speak the language.
Sorry! but you never informed us the pick up time or flight number.
Very good transfer! Our flight was delayed a lot and still the staff was super attentive and waited for us. The driver was super attentive and friendly! I recommend!!

The transfer was great. We had a problem on the flight and arrived well later than the original time combined. Still, the staff was super attentive with the situation and the transfer awaited us. The driver was super attentive and still gave us several tips on what to do in the city. I recommend 👏

Driver didn’t show up when we arrived at 2.30am waited for 15 minutes and had to look for a local transportation to the hotel. Even one star is too much since it didn’t happen and I requested a refund.

The driver met us ontime and got us to the hotel safely. Unfortunately, we were not picked up in the van that’s pictured on TripAdvisor. It was his personal older little car that barely made it up the overpasses. I was a little concerned about getting to the hotel safely, but he did get us there.

Never showed up at the airport. Tried , SEVERAL, times to contact them , when stranded at the airport, but they NEVER answered the call. Had to take another transport service. Don't even think of using Amazing Tours transport service
You did to pay for the transfer, we paid and sent the receipt to viator,you were claim a refunde but we deny cause we paid for your transfer.
Our flight arrived in Manaus at 2:30am. We were very tired from flying all day and it was a great relief to see that our driver was waiting for us when we got out of the customs area. He sent a message by Whats App to let us know he was waiting. Thank you

Driver was prompt and polite. Not sure if he spoke English or not . But we had more than enough room for 4 of us and our baggage.
