It was great! Easy to find our guide, Principal! And he was extremely helpful and also very knowledgeable! The trip from the airport to our hotel was smooth and we got there quickly and also enjoyed the sites along the way!
Our experience was wonderful. The driver met us right outside of customs and helped take our bags to the parking garage. There, he loaded all the bags for my family of 5 into a spacious van. We were then transported to our hotel accommodations where he waited until we were checked in then unloaded our bags from the van. The trip from the airport to the hotel was like a small tour, as our driver told us about the many great things to do and see in Cape Town. He also gave us tips about the weather, travel around town and the culture. It was a pleasant and safe trip. With a family of 5, I find this to be much quicker than waiting to find a large taxi or uber in some areas.

Elly picked us up from the airport as well as 4 days later again from our accommodation. Both times he was early and already waiting for us. During the trips he was informative and more than happy to answer any questions we had. Great guy, recommend

Very convenient in traveling from the airport to our hotel. Driver was on time and met us at the exit from baggage claim. Van was roomy and clean. Our driver was friendly and drove safely.

Outstanding service from start to finish! We booked transportation for a large group of more than 10 people, and the communication was excellent throughout the entire process. The team was always responsive, professional, and very organized. When our passengers arrived, everything was perfectly coordinated — they were greeted on time, and the staff was attentive to every detail to make sure everyone felt comfortable and well taken care of.
