A fabulous place & wonderful day

On January 17, 2026, my 2-year-old son and I had an extremely disappointing experience that I feel compelled to share with other families. We waited for a photo opportunity with Daffy Duck and during this time, a character attendant repeatedly denied us access while allowing multiple other guest, who arrived after us, to proceed immediately. When my toddler attempted to approach the character, the attendant physically stopped him and returned him to me. This happened multiple times despite us asking for clarification on how the queue system worked. No explanation was provided. Meanwhile, we watched numerous adult guests being waved through without any wait. As the only visible foreign family in the area, the differential treatment was impossible to ignore. After filing a formal complaint, Tokyo Disney Resort admitted the cast member violated company policy by physically restraining my child and behaving rudely. Other international families with young children should be wary.

We went to Disneyland sea as we love the ride soaring and did not have a lot of time in Tokyo to do everything. While I was there I wanted to buy an outfit for my granddaughter but not a lot of choice and white or cream is not good for 2 year old. No Christmas shop as I buy Christmas decorations from my not fridge magnets. A lot of attractions closed plus some indoor dining rooms closed so no where to sit in and eat as the weather was very windy and cold. Not my favourite Disney experience and this is my 4th different park I have visited.

Excellent way to get to the park very efficient pick up and tickets delivered . Very courteous driver and service

I had an absolutely fantastic time, and honestly, it was even better than 🏰 Disneyland! I'd totally recommend this place over Disneyland, any day of the week. The overall experience was just amazing, and the atmosphere was incredibly fun. Plus, the rides here were way more thrilling and enjoyable! I can't wait to go back and relive all the fun. Especially the Indiana Jones rides. That was the best ride. However still dont come in July

Disney Sea was great. The driver was on time, professional and courteous from the hotel to Disney Sea. However, we shared the vehicle with another family but this was not an issue for us. We had a 9:00 pm pick up from Disney Sea back to the hotel. We were 30 minutes early at the pick up pointbecause the park canceled the fireworks. Almost every everyone else was picked up by this point. We hoped he would be early too but he ended up being about 5 minutes late. We were very happy to see him. Nice comfortable trip back to the hotel. We recommend the service.

I haven't even started this trip and already leaving a 5 dtar review simplybfor communication and efficiency! Tickets were delivered to hotel before we had even arrived in the country- with tye pack came somecfree Disney gifts . Also communication from the operator days before communicating pick up tines and drop off times Also checked in day before journey and ensuring tickets received and again reconfirm the days schedule I have to say for somebody who likes playing ahead it has been impeccable service. Highly recommend before our trip has eveb started !

Easy and efficient direct to hotel transportation to Disneysea. Nice vehicle with lots of leg room. Disneysea was amazing!

Driver was polite and timely in coming and return trip. Disneysea was overpopulated due to Culture Day holiday. Long wait times across the board regardless of park programs. Popular programs such as The Frozen, Peter Pan, etc. were not available making it even longer to wait for other less popular programs. Doesn’t look like the Park trains employees onsite to speak or understand English enough to answer simple questions from foreign tourists. Overall, Park experience on the day was not of expectation.

Very busy not a lot of staff. But was beautiful. Very long lines. Rides very short. But staff they had was nice. Not great food.
