Do not use this company! We could have gotten a way cheaper transfer through another company but chose this one because they offered car seats. I requested a car seat ahead of time and confirmed it with the company. Not only did they show up in the wrong area (took an hour to get ahold of them - very nice people in the airport helped get ahold of them), they also showed up with no car seat for our baby!! The listing says they offer water & pop. We were never offered anything on either of our transfers. On the way back (since we booked round trip I thought I would give them another chance), I emailed again ahead of time to request a car seat and they said it would be an extra 20 USD. This was never mentioned to me when I emailed previously. They also brought us to the wrong area of the airport on drop off. Thank goodness the person helping with our bags told him he was in the wrong area and we were then driven to the correct area of the airport. I requested a refund since we did not get the service we paid for and they denied it. Do not use this company!

1. I booked and pre-paid for roundtrip in SUV and was pi cked up in a van. 2. They sid not confirm day before, nor was a location given to meet up. 3. They were not present when I arrived in DR and I had to wait approximately 15 min trying to coordinate a pick up location; eventhough I had given all flight details upon booking. 4. I was not offered water or a soft drink in the vehicle 5. The driver was very friendly, however I was fearful of my life with his driving getting to the resort. 6. I contacted the operator via viator immediately after the ride requesting to cancel the departure and request a refund. 7. I contacted Viator with my concerns and complaints about my experience and they said they could only request a refund from the tour operator, which was rejected. I will not use Alta Gama in DR, I do not recommend them and I am considering no longer using Viator as well. Horrific experience to start off a vacation

Our driver Ishmal was amazing and even stopped (and actually ran) into the store to get us a second bottle. He was fun, friendly and a great way to welcome to DR!!

I loved this transportation company. They were very helpful and friendly during the pickup. They have very affordable prices and the cars are very clean with air conditioning.

Everything went great except when we were upgraded a newer car without our permission on day of arrival and I was asked to pay extra money for a better vehicle. All of these details should’ve been discussed with me and before my arrival day. But thankfully we were able to just get the regular car service that we initially ordered without paying anything extra. Overall, I would suggest this company for your transfers in Punta Cana.

Alta Gama Transfers were amazing! They were very accommodating and flexible with our schedules. We had delayed flights and extended our stays and they changed our pickup plans with no problem! They were very sweet and welcoming! Would definitely book again!

We couldn't have asked anymore for our pickup and dropoff at our resort. When arriving from the airport, they were there waiting for us with a sign with our names even though our flight was a couple of hours late. For our pickup, they were at our resort to the exact minute or pickup time was for. The vans were comfortable with strong ac running and our drivers were very professional. Couldn't ask for better service!
