Driver was calling and texting non-stop on the highway while driving in the rain. They were punctual, so I wont be so hard on the punctuation

The car was very old, and they forgot the infant child seat we requested 3 times to make sure they didn't. There was no apologies for this inconvenience nor compensation.
All perfect. They waited for me to leave at the airport at the times we had agreed and we travelled super comfortable
Easy contact and easy to find guide and driver. My flight was delayed but it was no issue for the organizer.
A private transfer service is hired to reach your destination and transport you quickly and without waiting. Arriving at the airport we had to take our time to look up my name on some poster. In the end we found a man with several names on a blackboard (some crossed out as was my case). They grouped us and made us wait about 15min, then came a woman who guided us to the top of the airport where our driver is; the very professional gentleman, good driver and respectful.
Excellent, Junior was a great driver, very friendly and attentive. He played very nice music and at a volume that allowed us to rest if we wanted to anyway. I recommend!
We arrived at Rio airport and some very friendly girls were waiting for us with a sign with our name, accompanied us to the parking lot where the car that took us to Buzio, the very correct driver driving safely respecting the speed and signs. In short we had a very good experience recommend it

The flight arrived half an hour later and the transfer was waiting (02:15 am). Very correct and good treatment during the journey.
I have been travelling to Brazil for many years and this company is the best I have hired. Punctuality, the condition of the vehicles impeccable (clean and new) communication...24 hs before each trip I was contacted to confirm.. in my case I chose particular transport and it was one of the best decisions, I got fast from Rio to Buzios. The 2 drivers drove very well and that gave me peace of mind! I will choose them again on my next Trips!
