That they do not show even if you have a reservation and when you cancel your return trip because you don’t trust them they say that they are looking into it

Terrible experience. On our pickup from Hotel to Airport, driver came and left without any further communication. We tried contacting the tour company for 40 minutes through multiple channels. Tried sending multiple messages through the tripadvisor app, called both office and cell numbers and left voice mails, sent texts. There was no communication. Avoid such a dishonest business !!

Very punctual, arrived earlier then expected and did not rush. I recommend this service to anyone looking for a private pre arranged pick up/drop off

Booked this for round trip to and from airport, this was not a minivan, it was a small suv no air conditioning and the car was not clean, driver was friendly but drove aggressively, will not use to go back to airport.

DJ was great. Very personable and great communication. He confirmed the evening before with pickup times and then gave ETAs en route to pick up. He gave recommendations for places to eat and visit along with some history of the island. He made the drive to and from the airport very enjoyable. The vehicle was immaculate as well. Top notch customer service. Highly recommend to anyone looking for private transport in Nassau.

Tre was great at communicating his arrival and on time ! We got to the airport comfortably and with plenty of time to get through security and customs. Will definitely use Prestige again !

We booked this service for a family of 5. The vehicle is for up to 6. The description does not mention luggage limitations. We needed an infant seat and could not add it to the Viator trip. They contacted us separately to PayPal them 30$ via PayPal for the car seat. We did just that. When we arrived and met our transfer driver, they immediately started taking pictures of our luggage from our international flight. She stated that she couldn’t take us because the minivan is not big enough for the 5 passenger luggage, and refused to show us the type of vehicle she had to drive us. Rochelle stated we had to upgrade to a bigger vehicle, I was on board with this, but they stated it would only be for the transfer back. That for the arrival transfer there’s nothing they could do and would force us to get a taxi cab instead. Luckily there was plentiful taxi drivers that were super nice. We got a minivan to take us, the taxi driver had no issues with our luggage. He overheard the situation and stated that he actually had one of the smallest minivans and our luggage fit just fine. He was unsure why our service provider refused to take us, unless they brought a town car and not van. Once again we can’t confirm the vehicle because the original service provider through prestige refused to show us the vehicle. I cancelled and they directed me to request refund through viator which has yet to refund me, and I most likely will be out an additional 30$ for the car seat I payed seperately for as well. For reference we had 4 carry ons 2 checked bags and a small travel stroller. Traveling with family of 5 one of which is an infant. Taxi cab drivers are the better option! They are plentiful and also provide grocery stops if you request. Ask for pricing prior to trip!

Would definitely use them again. Driver was so nice and on time. Communication was great before, during and after the trip.

Discovered them looking for transportation for 14 people to go from Paradise Island to Fish Fry, and then used them for Airport Transportation. Very good drivers, always on time, clean vehicles and great service in general.
