Fredy was AWESOME. Communication was great. Party of 6 adults all fit in his new SUV with baggage for a week. He brought us to the resort and back to the airport a week later.

The driver never showed up. the local company wouldn’t do anything as they said I ordered through Viator. I called them and they wouldn’t do anything but offer a refund which I still haven’t gotten. My partner was stranded for 4 hrs at the airport because neither company would resolve the matter. I was extremely disappointed.

Booked the service months before arrival, I discussed with the provider a number of times that I would not have a phone, but would have access to WhatsApp. Was told this was ok. Day we arrived, no car, no messages on WhatsApp. I sent a message, no reply. Eventually received a WhatsApp message advising I should ring the driver to confirm I had arrived :) Car did eventually arrive, actually not a car, not a Town Car as the adverts imply but an older Van. Price was almost three times what an Uber would have cost.

I kept in touch with the company that was to shuttle us via text message. When we landed we went to the location for Pick up and we were told repeatly that the driver is there. We could not find the vehicle or Driver. Wasted an hour. My SUV and driver never showed. So they sent a taxi and refused to refund me. I was not going to pay triple the taxi price.

There was no one to pick me up. I called and no help at all. They said llcation was not confirmed. I should have recived an email. Did not!
