Our driver Stanley was exceptional. He was prompt when he picked us up and helped with our baggage. In addition he acted as a tour guide for us as we travelled out of Prague. We traveled the backroads to Vienna which gave us an outstanding view of the country side. Stanley treated us to coffee when we stopped to use the restroom. If we had met Stanley when we arrived in Prague, we would have hired him to be our private driver. Stanley is the best.

Jan was an excellent tour guide and driver. He picked us up early at the Munich airport, and we were on our way in no time. He took us to Dachau and then onto Prague. It was an easy and memorable trip.

Reserved online 11pm, got confirmation within 5 minutes and they were there right on time at our Prague hotel and drove us to Vienna. All in all, I would use them again. New vehicle, courteous driver and on time.

My wife and I booked with Best Trips for 3 all-day, door to door trips in May/June of 2019: a day trip from Prague to Konopliste and Karlstejn castles, a trip from Prague to Vienna with stops at the Bone Church and St. Barbara's in Kutna Hora, and a trip from Vienna to Budapest with a stop in Bratislava. It was terrific fun and everything went very smoothly. The owner of the company, Ruslan Bily, drove us for the first two trips, and he had a driver who lived in Bratislava take us for the 3rd. Rus is very friendly and accommodating and speaks English well, as was and does the other driver, and all three trips were fantastic, including that they took excellent care of us. For example, my wife is physically limited and uses a wheelchair for distance, and Rus made sure to get us as close as he could to the places we visited and spoke to the folks at the churches and castles to arrange for our entrance and wheelchair access. He has expected touches like power cords, wifi and water in the vehicles, and was very accommodating for whatever we needed including being very flexible on pick-up times. Each trip was around $300 USD for approximately 8-hour days and we thought that was very reasonable. It's also nice to be able to see the countryside and sights as you are driving, make whatever itinerary you want, and stop for lunch along the way whenever you want. Rus and his drivers know the countries all very well so can pretty much take you where you want to go without difficulty. I highly recommend Best Trips for your private car service needs.
