Galaxy was on time and kept us informed about when they were coming. Both of the drivers that we had were very helpful and informative. It was a very easy process and was reliable. We also loved how it was a private transfer, so only our group and one stop. We would definitely use their services again.

Friendly, personal, and professional service. Used them round trip from MCO to All Star Music. Was great to not have to get on a bus with 100 other people and with multiple stops. They even worked with me on the pick up time to go back to the airport. Hands down would travel with Galaxy Shuttle over anyone else.

Did great picking us up from the airport, but canceled on taking us back, because they got the time wrong. If I didn’t have money, my kids and I could have been stranded. Btw, I called to confirm I had the correct times 2 days before pick up.

This part of our trip made me the most anxious when booked because the online booking was a little vague, but they were great. The drivers were on time, actually early, for pick up on both the incoming and the return trip. I received a text message from the driver on both occasions. It really was a great experience knowing that I didn't have to worry about this part of our travel.

I was told to meet the transportation in terminal B ground transportation spot B-15. So I picked up my bags in terminal A and went over to terminal B. I am disabled so it took me awhile to do this. Driver calls me that he was in terminal A spot B-15. I received the wrong information from you.
