Easy booking. Very responsive. Left Punta Cana a day early and was very flexible and accommodating with our change of plans.
I ordered a shuttle from the hotel to the airport for 10am and no one ever showed. Had to pay another taxi to get me to the airport on time. Requested a refund and haven’t heard anything back about it.
We were not told a name.of who was picking us up. It was difficult to find the correct driver because the transportation area at the airport is very crowded.
Driver was very friendly and helped a lot. Everything went seemless. Best option when trying to travel to place to place
AMAZING COMPANY! All contact with them was courteous, kind, honest and friendly. They went above and beyond and helped us find and get back my husband’s phone that he dropped in the back seat of the car coming from the airport. (Benjamin and Julian you are Rock Stars) I would absolutely recommend them and use them again!!!
My drivers were friendly and professional. My partner and I will book this same service again in the future. The ride was comfortable . It was just my husband and I , we were picked up in spacious vehicle. And the fee was reasonable.

My experience was wonderful. These guys helped me out quick and fast same day. I did not have a ride to my hotel or from my hotel in Punta Cana and they were able to help me the same day for my transportation. Great job.
