The transportation was excellent from the airport to the Dream Resort. The driver were on time with a sign with my name on it. Had no issues finding him. He made sure we were comfortable with the ride to and from the hotel. I would definitely recommend their services if you are in Punta Cana.
Very professional, on time, lux suv. Easy to communicate pic up. Confirmed pick up via text. Returned to the airport solo because I had a different flight than the rest of the family. I felt very safe and comfortable! Highly recommended.

Shuttle arrived quickly, the driver was friendly and got us to our resort safely. Very happy with booking and price for 10 people was good. Will book return to airport.
Driver did not come at the confirmed time. Had to call multiple times to get a back up driver and were eventually running late by an hr
Hey Ashish. I am looking at our conversation and I see the delay was only 15 minutes. Also, the pick up at the airport was done perfectly. We understand delays are not ideal, however, is 15 minutes really a reason to provide a 1 star review?
Great communication from the company on watsap and emails. We did not have any issues and drivers were great and on time.

Excellent service. Pick up from airport and hotel was on time. Driver was ready for us with a tablet with my name on it so he was very easy to find among the airport chaos. Will definitely use this company again on our next DR trip
