Francesco was punctual, patient, a pro driver, and incredibly knowledgeable about the area and its history. Loved it.
Our driver was very prompt to meet us after we picked up our luggage and went right to the car. And then we headed straight to Cefalu. Apparently there had been a change of driver and our new driver didn’t speak English. That presented a bit of a problem. He did his best with a translating app to give us the basic information. However when we got to Cefalu, he didn’t drop us off in front of the hotel which is what was supposed to happen, instead it was a number of blocks away and we were left on our own to drag our suitcases over the cobblestones and eventually find our hotel, where we found out he could have driven us right to the front door! We were very disappointed with the service we paid for and feel that Viator did not carry through with what they had promised.

We appreciate that you brought this to our attention. As we have already anticipated, we were forced to change the driver because your flight was delayed and the transfer was rescheduled.
Nice guy who shared lots of information along the way. Very comfortable vehicle and driver avoided a few traffic issues along the way.
