We used Viator for both airport pickup and transport to our hotel, and for transport to the cruise ship terminal four days later. Both drivers were excellent and helpful. That’s the good news. The bad news is, first, these were taxi cabs not vans, and, second, the price was ridiculous! Both trips were 100% more than either Uber or standard taxi rates.

Although he was late picking us at the designated time, the driver communicated with me informing me of the reason for delay, which was a plus in our book (an ambulance caused traffic delay). Nevertheless, we arrived at the port on time.
