Reliable service. Our luggage was delayed and the driver waited for us while we worked with the lost luggage service.

The vehicle was nice; however, the driver arrived over 20 minutes early and he kept messaging me, calling me, and acting very frustrated in the lobby. He went to concierge and was not very nice to my sister in law while she was in the lobby prior to us coming down.

The driver showed up about 10 minutes early which was perfect since it was a very early hour and we were all ready to go. He was professional and polite. In all a comfortable experience as we ended our time in Barcelona.
